Base Class: Ranger
You have an affinity with the storm, you see its beauty and power. You find comfort in these spaces. Most storm rangers are of the sea but don't have to be, seeing the devastating power of weather, be it under the Ocean, living in a port town or part of a wondering desert tribe the storm calls to you.
Lightning die
At 3rd level you gain a pool of lightning dice and can now deal extra lightning damage when you hit a creature with a melee or ranged weapon attack. The pool of lightning die Equals twice your proficiency bonus these dice a d6. The maximum number of dice you can spend in a round equals your Proficiency bonus.
The pool replenishes all charges after completing a long rest.
at levels 10 the lightning dice become d8 and at 18 they become d10.
Swift of body
Starting At 7th level Your movement speed increases by 15 feet and have a swim speed equal to your walking speed. Additionally you are able to take a second reaction during combat, once you use this feature you can't do so again until you take a short or long rest.
Storms bane
At 11th level, you gain immunity to lightning damage and have advantage on all ability dexterity and wisdom checks when in a storm. You can see through storms and the like with extreme clarity up to 300 feet, you can see through and move unhindered in rain, debris and extreme winds (i.e Non-magical Difficult terrain).
Zelot of devastation
At 15th level, As an action you can now unleash the devastating power of nature, for the next minute you gain the following benefits for the duration. Unless you dismiss them or become incapacitated.
- You regain expended lightning die equable to your proficiency bonus and all lightning die become D12.
- As an action you can expel devastating energy in a 15 foot radius cylinder 300 feet high centered on yourself. Any creature of your choice withing the cylinder takes 3D10 lightning damage and has to make a con save vs your spell save D.C, on a failed save the target is parallelized until the start of its next tern, on a successful save the target is immune to this effect for 8 hours.
- Any creatures that ends its turn within 5 feet of you takes 1D10 lightning damage.
Once you use this feature you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest or expend a spell slot of 3rd level or higher.
