Base Class: Bard

Rare and few are they but some bards have an unnatural talent for music and magic, and these bards can end up channeling their songs and magic through their whistling, replacing an instrument with whistling can be very taxing and difficult but allows for more freedom of the caster. they use their songs to enhance themselves and manipulate their spells.

Level 3: Magical Whistle

Whistling replaces verbal components and your spell casting focus, all other requirements are still needed to cast the spell, however when spells are cast this way they loose 5 ft of range for every 15 feet traveled in addition casting this way gives you an extra +1 to hit

Level 3: Wistleing Enhancement

Using a bardic inspiration you may use your wistle to activate various effects on yourself

Song of the wind - increase your movement speed by 5 feet for 1 minute

Song of Protection - increase your armor class by 2 untill the start of your next turn

Song of Strength - you deal an extra 1d4 damage for every bardic inspiration you expend the next time you deal any form of damage, this damage is divided across all targets if spell targets multiple creatures

song of niblefoot- lasts 1 minute- the next dexterity saving throw you make is done at advantage

Song of attention - untill the start of your next turn you select a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 50 feet of you, they must make a Charisma saving throw on a failed save their full attention is drawn to you, and hostile creatures target you untill your next turn or for 1 minute if out of combat.

song of reach - the next spell you cast by Whistling returns to its original range with +5 feet added to it along with any other range increasing effects

Level 6: Echolocation

by wistleing loudly and closing your eyes you can sense an outline of whats around you in a range of your choice from 30ft to 100ft anything in that range can hear the wistle and knows where it came from and is aware of your presence, you are able to sense an outline of anything in that range, moving objects are harder to see the faster they move. this feature can be used once per long rest.

Level 14: Wistleing Arcane Echo

    upon using this feat, you may then cast a duplicate of whatever the last spell cast was, this spell must have been cast in your presence and within 10 minutes of using this feat. you also must expend a number of spell slot levels equal to the spell being cast   


    and if you expend 3 bardic inspirations you may choose any spell that has been cast in your presence in the last 10 minutes and recast it the same rules of expending spell slots applies, this features casting time is the same as whatever spell thats being cast, and this feature may only be used once per long rest and can not copy spells above level 7
    

any spell cast with this effect uses your spellcasting modifier
