Base Class: Rogue
Level 3: Spellcasting
Your latent magical potential has awakened, granting you access to the arcane energy within you.
Cantrips. You know the Sorcerous Burst cantrip and two additional cantrips of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list.
Whenever you gain a Rogue level, you can replace one of your cantrips with another Sorcerer cantrip of your choice.
When you reach Rogue level 10, you learn another Sorcerer cantrip of your choice.
Spell Slots. The Arcane Scoundrel Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your level 1+ spells. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a Long Rest.

Prepared Spells of Level 1+. You prepare the list of level 1+ spells that are available for you to cast with this feature. To start, choose three level 1 Sorcerer spells.
The number of spells on your list increases as you gain Rogue levels, as shown in the Prepared Spells column of the Arcane Scoundrel Spellcasting table. Whenever that number increases, choose additional Sorcerer spells until the number of spells on your list matches the number in the Arcane Scoundrel Spellcasting table. The chosen spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For example, if you’re a level 7 Rogue, your list of prepared spells can include five Sorcerer spells of level 1 or 2 in any combination.
Changing Your Prepared Spells. Whenever you gain a Rogue level, you can replace one spell on your list with another Sorcerer spell for which you have spell slots.
Spellcasting Ability. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your Sorcerer spells.
Spellcasting Focus. You can use an Arcane Focus as a Spellcasting Focus for your Sorcerer spells.
Level 3: Sorcerous Instinct
Starting at 3rd level, your innate magic heightens your reflexes and bolsters your confidence in combat. You can add your Charisma modifier to your initiative rolls, allowing your natural charisma to guide your first move.
Additionally, when you cast the Sorcerous Burst cantrip, you can apply your Sneak Attack damage. To do so, you must meet all the usual conditions for Sneak Attack.
Level 9: Arcane Ambush
If you have the Invisible condition when you cast a spell on a creature, it has Disadvantage on any saving throw it makes against the spell on the same turn.
Alternatively, if the spell requires an attack roll, you may apply your Sneak Attack damage bonus to one of the spell's targets.
Level 13: Magic Reflexes
When a creature you can see targets you with an attack, you can use your reaction to teleport up to 15 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. If this movement places you out of the attack's range, the attack automatically misses.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once) and regain all expended uses after a Long Rest.
Level 17: Arcane Reversal
When you are hit by a spell, you can use your reaction to redirect its energy back at the caster. The caster must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the caster becomes the target of the spell, suffering its full effects, including any saving throws, damage, or conditions.
Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
