Base Class: Monk
The Path of the Jetstriker is one forged from rivalry and competition, with a singular, unwavering goal: to be the fastest. Those who walk this path are obsessed with speed, speed in thought, in action, and in life. Monks of this tradition are always moving forward, driven by the thrill of acceleration and the desire to leave everything behind. To them, the past is nothing more than a fleeting moment, irrelevant compared to the road ahead. They live for the race, for the chase, and for the satisfaction of being faster than anyone else.
Stratos Step
At 3rd level, your mastery over movement allows you to harness the winds of speed. You can your Step of the Wind once per turn without expending ki points. Additionally, when you use Step of the Wind, you reduce any fall damage you take by half (rounded down) until the start of your next turn. Your movement is also unhindered by Difficult Terrain.
Acceleration Points
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to steal the speed of your foes and use it against them. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee attack, you can expend 1 ki point to halve the creature’s movement speed until the start of its next turn. You then gain a bonus to your own movement speed equal to the amount reduced from the target, lasting until the start of your next turn. If this ability is not used on your turn, add the movement speed on the start of your next turn.
Jetstream Pursuit
Starting at 6th level, you can channel your speed into your strikes allowing for your momentum to strengthen your blows. When you use your movement speed, your next melee attack deals an additional 1 point of damage of your weapon's type for every 10 feet of movement you spend on your turn. This momentum lasts for up to three turns, but it fades after the fourth, allowing for high risk but high reward.
Rush of the Ancients
Your speed becomes so overwhelming that your foes cannot track your movements. At 11th level, when you move 100 feet in a single turn, you and everything you are wearing or carrying become invisible until you make an attack/cast a spell or until a minute passes.
Unstoppable Force
Your mastery over speed becomes absolute.
No obstacle can slow you down. your speed is unmatched.
There is no stopping you from moving forward.
At 17th level, you are immune to effects that would reduce your speed, paralyze, or restrain you, including spells and magical effects. Additionally, you can use a ki point to automatically escape from nonmagical restraints, such as manacles or a creature's grapple. Finally, being underwater imposes no penalties on your movement or attacks.
