Base Class: Sorcerer
Assist Allies with Arcane Allocation.
Sorcerers born with an innate feel for magic and instinctual understanding of it's essence, manipulation and application. Due to their heightened sensitivity, they are able to channel their magics and provide their allies with portions of their magic, making even the most mundane villager a temporary practitioner. They are able to quickly identify and understand the nature of spells, essentially analyzing the spells of others and bending it to their own whims for a brief moment.
Perhaps a god of magic has blessed their birth, or they were raised in a magically rich environment such as the Feywild. The source of their understanding isn't what is important, but the application of this knowledge is the driving factor behind Allocation Sorcerers, choosing to assist those who lack the magical talents in their time of need or take advantage of enemies and allies alike to bring themselves into higher power.
Shared Spells
When completing a long rest, you can choose an ally within 30ft of you and expend one spell slot of fifth level or lower. That ally can cast one spell of your choosing that has the same or lower level as the expended slot twice, until it completes a long rest.
Borrowing Incantations
When a creature within 90ft of you casts a spell that has a level, you can use your reaction to store the spell cast. Afterwards You can then cast the stored spell once using a spell slot of your own.
Arcanist's Combination
When an ally makes a spell attack roll for a spell of fifth level or lower, you can use your reaction to cast the spell at it's lower level at the same target without expending a spell slot. You can only use this ability once per short rest.
Magical Charity
As a magic action, you can touch one willing creature and imbue it with your arcane abilities. Until the end of it's next turn, the creature can cast any spell on your prepared spell list using your available spell slots. You can only use this ability once per short rest.
