Earth Molders are known for their strength and endurance, traits that are reflected in their molding style, which is characterized by direct and powerful movements.

Precise trip-up
Starting at 3rd level, whenever an creature within 30ft walks away from you, you can use your reaction to fire a small rock from the ground that hits the creature. This uses your martial arts die for damage.
Additionally, when you hit the creature it reduces their walking movement speed by 10ft.
Extort Earth Armor
Starting at 6th level, when you are on solid ground, as a bonus action, you can spend 2 Ki points to cover your body in earth and stone. This gives you temporary hit points equals to double your Monk level and resistance to bludgeoning, slashing and piercing damage.
Additionally, you gain a burrowing speed equals to half you movement speed.
These effects last 30 minutes or until you lose your temporary hit points.
Molder of ground
Your mastery of earth allows you to cast spells relating to earth with Ki points and Mold Earth at will.
You can also cast Catapult by lifting stone pillars under the object or creature.
Additionally you can upgrade Mold Earth's size by using additional Ki points. The size increase to 10ft for 1 Ki point, 15ft for 2 Ki Points and 20ft for 3 Ki Points.

One with Earth
Also at 6th level, when you hit a creature, you can spend a Ki point to cast Mold Earth at their feet, making the surrounding terrain, difficult terrain. This can only be used once per turn.
Additionally you gain Tremorsense up to 20ft.
You gain an additional 10ft of Tremorsense at 11th and 17th level.
Mind of tricks
<span;>Starting at 11th level, you’ve honed your awareness through your aptitude for the earth and pattern recognition. Once per turn, if you’ve already taken your Precise Trip-Up reaction, you may spend 1 Ki point to take an additional reaction. You can only gain this effect once per turn.
One with Earth (Additional)
when you hit a creature it removes you can spend a ki point to mold the eath under them and make it slightly uneven this remove 20ft from there walk movement speed
This can only be done once per turn
You gain an additional 10ft of Tremorsense
Demander of Earth
Once per long rest as an action you can cast Earthquake, instead the number of fissures created is equal to your wisdom modifier.
Using your bonus action, you can use 3 Ki points to transform into a Earth Elemental during this form you keep your mental ability scores (Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma.) and can still use you monk abilities.
