Base Class: Bard
Ride Along the Dusty Trails
Bards of the College of the Drifter know what it means to travel the open roads. From gun tricks to trick riding, these Bards specialize in riding fast and shooting faster. While still gifted in the musical arts to keep their fellow posse entertained, they're much better opening shots and getting away quick from the back of a trusty steed.
Trusty Steed
You can call on the aid of an otherworldly steed. You always have the Find Steed spell prepared.
You can also cast the spell once without expending a spell slot, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a Long Rest.
Additionally, you gain proficiency in Animal Handling.
Level 3: Martial Training
You gain proficiency with Martial weapons and training with Medium armor and Shields.
In addition, you can use a Simple or Martial weapon as a Spellcasting Focus to cast spells from your Bard spell list.
Quickdraw
Your skill in the art of the draw grows faster. When you roll initiative, you may add your proficiency bonus to the roll. At 14th level, this bonus doubles.
True Aim
Your skill with your ranged weapons allows you to aim true. Once per round, you may add a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die to a damge roll on an Attack action or Magic action. Doing so does not expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration die.
