Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

Blending Warlock's eldritch power with the Rogue's cunning, the Shadowbound Pact represents a unique connection to an entity of darkness and lost things—an ideal fit for Tano, who has spent years navigating shadows to protect his brother

Expanded Spell List

The Void lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Undying Expanded Spells
Spell Level Spells
1st disguise self, silent image
2nd mirror image, pass without trace
3rd fear, Counterspell
4th greater invisibility, phantasmal killer
5th mislead, wall of force

Level 3 - Veil of the Forgotten

When you choose this subclass, you learn to weave shadows into your very being. You gain proficiency in Stealth and Deception if you don't already have them. Additionally, when you are hidden from a creature and miss with an attack, making the attack doesn't reveal your position.

Level 6 - Eldritch Ambush

Your rogue instincts and eldritch powers fuse seamlessly. When you use your Cunning Action to Dash, Disengage, or Hide, you can immediately make a weapon attack or cast a cantrip as part of the bonus action. If this attack hits, you can add your Warlock's Charisma modifier to the damage.

Level 10 - Umbral Step

You can momentarily become one with the shadows. As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is in dim light or darkness. Until the end of your next turn, attacks against you have disadvantage, and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), regaining all expended uses after a long rest.

Level 14 - Shadowbound Requiem

You channel the full extent of your pact's power. Once per long rest, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points or score a critical hit, you can unleash a wave of shadow magic. Choose one:

  • Reaping Surge: All creatures of your choice within 15 feet must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or take 6d8 necrotic damage, half on a success.

  • Echo of the Lost: You can immediately teleport up to 60 feet to a space you can see and become invisible until the end of your next turn. Additionally, you regain one expended Warlock spell slot.
