Base Class: Paladin
Oath of Luck
Paladins who take the Oath of Luck place their faith not in gods or rigid codes, but in the ever-changing tides of fate. They believe that fortune favours the bold, that destiny can be rewritten with the right roll of the dice, and that sometimes, sheer luck is the strongest weapon of all. These paladins embrace risk and chance, often displaying a roguish charm, an easy-going attitude, and an uncanny ability to survive impossible odds. Whether they serve a trickster deity, a force of pure chaos, or simply their own whims, Oath of Luck paladins are unpredictable champions of serendipity.
Tenets of Luck
While less rigid than other oaths, those who follow the Oath of Luck live by a loose code of fortune and chance:
- Ride the Winds of Fate – Embrace uncertainty and change. Take risks and trust in the whims of luck.
- Fortune Favours the Bold – Caution is for the fearful; those who take daring action invite fortune’s blessing.
- Spread the Luck – Aid your allies when fortune smiles on you, and help them rise when fate deals a poor hand.
- Laugh in the Face of Doom – Never let despair take root. Luck is unpredictable, and your fortune can turn at any moment.
