Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Foul Sustain

At 3rd level, while raging, once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee attack, you regain an amount of hit points equal to your Constitution Modifier.

Additionally, when you have killed a creature on the same day, you have no need to eat or drink until the end of your next long rest.

Doused in Blood

At 6th level, you can add your constitution modifier to the damage rolls of your melee weapon attacks.

Additionally, you have advantage on all wisdom and intimidation checks against a creature that is below its max Hp.

Tainted Soul

At 10th level, your very core has become tarnished by the blood spilt through your hands, bolstering your fortitude. While raging, you gain resistance to necrotic damage, immunity to max health reduction effects, and immunity to effects that make you unable to attack your target (Ex: Sanctuary and Mounted Combatant).

Genocidal

At 14th level, you’ve become more adept at sustaining yourself with the blood of those that stand against you. When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, or land a critical hit on one, heal an amount equal to your Constitution Modifier.

Whenever you successfully use your Relentless Rage feature, you regain an amount of hit points equal to half your barbarian level (rounded up).
