Base Class: Bard
There's harmony in the dissonance of every different note in the circus. As a member of the College of Entertainment, you find your song with the rest of the performers to make a symphony for the largest of crowds to hear and enjoy. You've known the circus and spent time with performers from all different walks of life. The circus is never one to turn away any people from any background and employs a variety of races and backgrounds to help make the circus livelier than ever.

Your time in the circus has prepared you to be in front of crowds and looking your best.
When you join this college at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill and the Disguise Kit.
Boon of Three Rings
After experiencing all of the different performers at the circus, you gain the insight needed to help others replicate their feats and give advice on the go.
Beginning at 3rd level, When you inspire a character with a Bardic Inspiration, you can give the target a chosen boon from the The Three Rings table for 10 minutes.
The effects provided by the table cannot stack and when the target is affected by another boon, it overwrites the previous iteration.

The creature has advantage on Dexterity checks and Saving Throws and does not provoke opportunity attacks from creatures they have melee attacked on the same turn. |

Boon of the Sword Swallower |
The creature has advantage on Constitution checks and Saving Throws gains temporary hit points equal to 2 rolls of your Bardic Inspiration Die. |

Boon of the Fire Breather |
The creature has advantage on Intelligence checks and Saving Throws and can use the Study action as a bonus action for the duration. |

Boon of the Fortune Teller |
The creature has advantage on Wisdom checks and Saving Throws. Additionally, they roll a d20, and record what they rolled. Until the effect ends, they may substitute any d20 Check of an ally or enemy they can see within 30 feet with the recorded numbers. The target still adds any relevant modifiers to this number but otherwise treats the substituted number as the number they rolled. |

Boon of the Lion Tamer |
The creature has advantage on Charisma checks and Saving Throws and can cast Speak with Animals or Animal Friendship without using a spell slot until the effect ends. The spells use your spellcasting modifier if necessary. |
Ringmaster
You've seen every song and dance needed for a situation. Given a chance to help, you can help anyone look like an expert performer.
Beginning at 6th level, when an allied creature you can see makes a Charisma based d20 test, after they roll but before you know the outcome, you can use a reaction to add a +10 to their roll. Doing so allows you to recover a use of your Bardic Inspiration. You can use this feature once per Short Rest.
Master of the Circus
A master and director of the circus, your abilities to help other's performances has evolved to assist others in achieving incredible feats.
Upon reaching 14th level, while under the effect of your Boon of Three Rings, you bestow additional effects based on the boon provided to them. This boon is not chosen separately and will be the same for both this feature and the Boon of Three Rings feature.

The creature has their Strength score increased to 30 for the duration of this effect. If their score already exceeds this, it does not decrease it. |

Boon of the Trapezer |
The creature gains a +2 to their AC and can automatically succeed one Dexterity saving throw under this effect. Additionally when they are subjected to an effect that allows them to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, they instead take no damage if they succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if they fail. |

Boon of the Sword Swallower |
The creature gains immunity to being Blinded, Frightened, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, and Stunned for the duration of this effect. This does not cure the effect if it has already been applied. |

Boon of the Fire Breather |
As an action, the creature can exhale fire in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell DC, taking 10d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This can occur once while under the effect of this feature |

Boon of the Fortune Teller |
The creature can cast any one spell available to Clerics from the Divination school that is of 5th level or lower without expending a spell slot and without needing material components. They will use your spell modifier for the effects of the spell. |

Boon of the Lion Tamer |
The creature can cast Dominate Beast at 5th level once while under the effect of this feature without expending a spell slot. They will use your spell modifier for the effects of the spell. |
