Base Class: Monk
Blessed with the ability to tamper with time, those who follow in the ways of the Temporal Fist learn to pause, shift and alter the speed of time with their willpower alone. Be it for enhancing their combat prowess, or to experience and change their fate.
Chronomantic Counter
At 3rd level, your new-found temporal control allows you to pause time for a moment, move and strike your opponent in retaliation or dodge a blow.
When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend 1 ki point to retaliate with a melee weapon attack against the creature. OR you can spend 1 ki point to add your dex to your ac after you see the roll but before damage
At 11th level, you can expend an additional 1 ki point to take a second melee weapon attack.
At 17th level, you can instead expend an additional 2 ki points to take three melee weapon attacks.
Sonic boom
As a Action you can to 4x your movement speed. Running with this ability cause a 20ftx20ft shock wave to eminent from you, forcing all creatures in inside to make a save equal to your monk save or take 2d8 thunder damage. This damage increases by 1d8 at 7th, 12th, and 17th level. You can use this ability a number of times equal to half of your prof bonus rounded down.
Wild Rewind
At 6th level, your connection to the time-stream allows you to briefly alter time.
As a reaction, you can expend 2 ki points to reroll an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw. Or, as a reaction, can force this reroll on a targeted creature.
After the roll, roll a d4
1-time speeds up for targeted creature, leaving them feeling weary, they gain one exhaustion
2-Targeted creature freezes briefly, allowing the nearest creature to get one attack in
3- Time slows allowing you to rest in the middle of combat, you gain prof bonus d4 health
4-You can move your movement as time slows for everyone else
Stop The World
As a bonus action, you spend 3 ki points and for one turn you gain another action, your speed is doubled and your movement doesn't cause opportunity attacks.
Temporal Mastery
At 17th level, you've mastered control over time, and can hold it in place for much longer, and even interfere with and move objects.
As an action, you can spend 6 ki points to cast Time Stop, and add 1 to the roll. You may use this feature once and regain the ability to do so after a short rest.
