Base Class: Bard
Your connection to the divine has granted you powers of the celestials, as musician you are able to channel sound and song into bursts of radiant light, to empower your allies and destroy your enemies. Your mastery of light empowers your magic to enchant and befuddle your enemies with illusions and enchant those around you with inspirational vigor.
Radiant Inspiration
3rd-level College of Radiance feature
Whenever you give a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can infuse your ally's weapon with radiant energy. The weapon emits a light on up to 10ft, and it lasts until the Bardic Inspiration die is lost or if the ally successfully hits a creature.
Attack Roll. Immediately after the creature rolls the Bardic Inspiration die to add it to an attack roll against a target, the shimmering weapon bursts in a flash of radiance. The target takes radiant damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die.
Level 3: Celestial Enchantment
You always have the Moonbeam and Guiding Bolt spells prepared.
In addition, immediately after you cast an Enchantment or Illusion spell using a spell slot, you can cause a creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the target has the Charmed or Frightened condition (your choice) for 1 minute. The target repeats the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Once you use this benefit, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest. You can also restore your use of it by expending one use of your Bardic Inspiration (no action required).
Song of Luminance
3rd-level College of Radiance feature
You can weave radiant into a song to fill others with vigor. As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die. When you do so, choose a number of other creatures within 60 feet of yourself, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one creature). Each of those creatures gains a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to two times the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die, and then each can use its Reaction to move up to its Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
Radiant Crescendo
6th-level College of Creation feature
As a Magic action, you sing an impressive high note and expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration die to emit a flash of light in a 30-foot Emanation originating from yourself. Any magical Darkness—such as that created by the Darkness spell—in that area is dispelled. Additionally, each creature of your choice in that area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking Radiant damage equal to 2d10 plus your Bard level on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
Corona of Light
14th-level College of Radiance feature
As a Magic action, you cause yourself to emit an aura of sunlight that lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it (no action required). You emit Bright Light in a 60-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 30 feet. Your enemies in the Bright Light have Disadvantage on saving throws against your Radiance Crescendo and any spell that deals Radiant damage.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
