Bards of the College of Fortune have mastered the art of tarot. These bards use Major Arcana to express their magical capabilities. Weaving fate like fabric in the users favor, whether it be benign or malevolent. Not many specialize in this college and most fear or avoid these tarot users, sometimes referred to as "fortunists".  Fortunists often utilize their gifts to practice seances, perform readings, and self reflect. The craft is solemnly passed down and loosely known, consequentially it's very rare. 

Most so-called "fortunists" are known as tricksters or scam artists due to real practitioner losing their mystical cards; these lost cards may find their way into the hands of an ignorant greedy individual. The cards are created by the individual bard and are not magical themselves. Those in the College of Fortune just use the deck as an outlet for their divine magic. A simple blessing or curse, promised health and prosperity, and powerful spells are just some of the magical feats these fortune bards can accomplish.
