Base Class: Paladin
Paladins are often empowered by an Oath they make with themselves. A promise to live their lives in a specific Manner. An Oath Of The Oath Of The Oath Of The Oath Of The... Paladin is empowered by the Oaths they make with others. Whatever those promises may be, they MUST abide by their tenets, no matter what.
A Promise Made is A Promise Kept
Starting at 3rd level, for a number of times equal to their Charisma Modifier, the character may offer a "Binding Oath" to someone. If that Oath is Accepted, then for the next minute, the Paladin has Advantage on all rolls pertaining to fulfilling that Oath. The Oath must involve a solid goal, and cannot be something abstract. If the Oath is fulfilled, The Paladin regains a use of their Divine Smite feature. If the Oath is unfulfilled after that minute, they have disadvantage on their next 2 rolls.
No Greater Fraud
The Paladin gains advantage on all rolls taken against someone who has lied in front of them.
The Paladin Also Gains A Number of Uses of the Spell "Zone of Truth" for a number of times equal to their proficiency bonus per long rest.
The "Social Contract"
If the player is in a situation where combat would break out, they can attempt to impose one of the greatest promises that all people make upon the situation. The social contract. If initiative would be rolled, the Player can attempt to force pacifism on anyone within their own movement speed. All creatures within that range must make a Charisma saving throw (Spell Save DC). If they fail, they cannot attack anyone else who failed until they leave the range of the character who invoked the social contract, or if they are attacked and take damage.
The P I N K Y P R O M I S E
At 20th Level, the paladin gains the ability to make the most unbreakable of Vows. The Pinky Promise. If a Pinky Promise is made with a Willing Creature, any Rolls done by either member that bring the promise to fruition are made with Advantage. However, The player may make a Charisma attack to make a Pinky Promise with an Unwilling creature. In either situation, if the promise is broken, the creature that broke the promise takes 250 damage.
