Base Class: Rogue
Bolt Rogues work akin to their namesake, as they appear to turn into lightning bolts to whomever encounters them.
Level 3: Lightning Cloak
Become wreathed in Lightning. This Cloak lasts for 15 minutes.
At Level 9, your blades also become cloaked in lightning, which makes them deal 1d8 Lightning Damage
Your next Sneak Attack does not need Advantage
With the Cloak up, act as if Dash has been used.
Level 9: Thunderclap and Flash
In the blink of an eye, dash through your enemy.
This counts as a Sneak Attack
This deals 1d12 Lightning Damage
Level 13: Heightened Agility
Upon the use of Uncanny Dodge, instead of taking the damage, you dart out of the way, up to 10 feet away.
This is available once per long rest.
Level 17: Godspeed
Upon hitting the 17th Level, you may choose one buff to take.
Finale
Your Sneak Attack dice are now 1d20
Unseen Blades
When rolling Sneak Attack dice, you can choose to make them all roll Maximum Value.
