Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

The Brotherhood is a secret organization specializing in hiding in plain sight and striking their enemies when they least expect, before escaping into the crowd or over a building. Rogues of this brotherhood are sworn to secrecy, and will often fight for the common people against oppressive regimes.

Freerunner

You have learned a movement technique known as Freerunning. You gain a climb speed equal to your movement speed. You may use your dexterity instead of your strength to calculate your jump height and distance. If you started your turn 5 or more feet above a creature, you have advantage on melee attacks against that creature.

Starting at level 5, when you fall 10 feet or more, treat the fall as if it was a number of feet shorter equal to 5 x your Rogue level.

Hidden Blade

You have learned how to conceal a blade on your wrist, allowing you to hide it from most observers. During a short or long rest you may convert up to 2 daggers into Hidden Blades, which retain all qualities and properties of the daggers used to make them. These daggers may then be affixed to your wrists. You cannot be disarmed of a hidden blade against your will and an observer must succeed on a perception check against your Sleight of Hand modifier + 10 in order to spot the blades.

While wearing 2 Hidden Blades, when you take the attack action, if there is another hostile creature within 5 feet of your target, you may also make an attack against that creature. Sneak attack may apply to the second attack.

Eagle Vision

You have learned an advanced tracking technique from your brotherhood. As a bonus action you may mark one creature you can see as your Target. While the creature remains your Target, you have advantage on Survival Checks to track them and if you have line of sight to them, they cannot hide from you by non-magical means. While you have a creature marked as your Target, you may use your action to focus your senses. If your Target is within 15 feet of you, you know their exact location even through full cover. You must maintain concentration on this ability and may drop it at any time.

This ability lasts until you dismiss it, no action required, your Target dies, or until you mark a different creature as your Target.

Blend Into The Crowd

You have learned that sometimes the best place to hide is in a crowd of people. As long as there are 4 or more non-hostile creatures of your size or larger within 15 feet of you, you have advantage on stealth checks and enemies have disadvantage on perception checks to detect you. In addition you may take the Hide Action as long as the above requirements are met.

Requiescat in pace

You have learned a simple but brutal technique to attempt to instantly slay a creature. As long as you are hidden from your target, you may use your action to make a special attack with your Hidden Blades. If it hits, that creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw with a DC of 8+proficiency+Dexterity. If they succeed your attack deals an extra 10d6 damage of your weapon’s type. If they fail they are instantly reduced to 0 hit points.

Once you have used this ability you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest,
