Base Class: Barbarian
While most barbarians display their rage fully, some traditions prefer a more discreet approach, in order to throw enemies off guard and make them feel uneasy.
Barbarians that follow this path learn to harness their rage in order to keep it obscured from outside, and may appear emotionless at first.
Intimidating Stoicism
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you have learned to remain stone-faced to unsettle your enemies. When you make a Charisma (Intimidation) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10. Additionally, when you're raging, you add your Charisma modifier to your melee weapon attack rolls and melee weapon damage rolls.
Imperceptible Rage
Also starting at 3rd level, your rage is imperceivable to others. When you enter your rage, no creature other than you notices that you are raging, unless they pass a Wisdom (Insight) check with DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier or choose you as the target of the Detect Thoughts spell.
Unsettling Presence
Starting at 6th level, you can use your emotionless expression to disturb enemies while you attack. When you make a melee attack roll with advantage, you can make the target roll a Wisdom saving throw. If the target fails, it can't use its reaction until the end of its next turn. Additionally, whenever a friendly creature within 5 feet of you makes a melee attack roll with advantage, you can use your reaction to use this ability on their target. The DC for the saving throw is 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Traceless Fury
Beginning at 10th level, you have learned to channel your rage to create magical effects that help you go unnoticed. When you enter your rage, you can choose to become invisible along with anything you are wearing or carrying as long as it is on your person. The effect lasts for one minute, or until you make an attack or cast a spell. Alternatively, you can choose to create an aura of silence around you instead. For 1 minute, no sound can be created within or pass through a 15-foot-radius sphere. Until the effect ends, the aura moves with you, centered on you. Any creature or object entirely inside the aura is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there.
Unseen Destroyer
At 14th level, you have mastered the technique of the silent rage. When you use your Traceless Fury feature, you can activate both of its effects at once, and its invisibility effect doesn't end when you make an attack or cast a spell.
