Base Class: Ranger
The Winter Walker is well accustomed to the freezing winds of the tundra they stalk, learning to summon the harsh wilds they trained in to wear down their quarry for an easy kill.
Boreal Chill
Starting at 3rd level, when you cast hunter's mark you have the option to do so without concentration. When you cast hunter's mark in this way, you create a 20 ft. cube of harsh winds and icy terrain at a point you can see within range of the spell. The area inside this cube is considered difficult terrain for creatures other than you, and all creatures in the cube are treated as if marked by you. This effect lasts for one minute and is dispelled if you cast Hunter's Mark again. You cannot move or reapply hunter's mark when cast in this way.
Level 3: Winter Walker Spells
When you reach a Ranger level specified in the Winter Walker Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Frozen Heart
At 7th level, the winter magic in you hardens your heart and steadies your pace. You have resistance to cold damage, are immune to the effects of cold weather and your speed cannot be reduced (unless it is set to 0, like by the Grappled or Petrified conditions).
Blizzard Conditions
At 11th Level, your hunter's mark now summons up a flurry of snow and wind. The area of effect of your Boreal Chill feature increases to a 30 ft. cube and is considered lightly obscured to creatures other than you. Creatures who move through your hunter's mark must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC or fall prone. Additionally, you can have two of these effects active at once. (If you use this feature or cast hunter's mark as normally while two of these effects are active the oldest active effect is dispelled).
Icy Stride
By 15th level, the winter magic coursing through your veins has granted you the swiftness of the northern wind. As a Bonus Action on your turn, you can choose to teleport up to 90ft. to a point you can see within the area of effect of your Boreal Chill empowered hunter's mark.
