Base Class: Rogue
Perfectly honed to their silent craft, Hashishin are seldom seen and seldom heard by anyone who lives to tell the tale. Highly sought after for their skill as scouts and hit men, they are known to be cold and calculating with their tactics. They are supposedly apprenticed alone under a well versed master Hashishin, learning the tools of the trade from a young age in secret.
Level 3: Sly
Starting at 3rd level, you are naturally sneaky. Provided you are not in combat, instead of making a stealth check, you can opt to use your passive stealth when attempting to hide. This score equals 10+your Stealth.
Level 3: Specialized
You gain proficiency in darts, blowguns, medium crossbows and scimitars.
Level 9: Mobile
You gain a climbing speed equal to half your walking speed. Climbing upside down has no effect on you when using this speed.
Level 13: Slick
Starting at 13th level, you can observe an area to return to it later. As an action, you can expend a charge to place a Return Point in an area within 5 ft of you. On subsequent turns, you can expend a charge as an action to immediately return to your Return Point, provided it is within 120 ft of you. When you do so, your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks, and when you return, the Return Point disappears. Your charges for this ability equal your proficiency bonus, and you regain these charges after a long rest.
Level 17: Hashishin’s Focus
Starting at 17th level, you become very oriented with the ways of the Hashishin. Once per long rest, you can choose to activate Hashishin’s Focus as a bonus action on your turn. When you do so, you gain these benefits for 5 minutes:
- If you make an attack from secret and it misses, you are not noticed.
- If you do not move on your turn and attack with a ranged weapon, you gain advantage on the attack roll.
- You have advantage on Intimidation and Acrobatics checks.
- Your attacks from secret critical hit on a 19 or a 20.
