Druid
Base Class: Druid

Druids of this circle embrace the mutable essence of life itself. Their magic focuses not only on changing into beasts but also on perfecting the art of transforming others — and themselves — in subtler, more profound ways.

Circle Spells

3rd-level Circle of Mutable Flesh feature

At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to the spells listed for that level in the Circle of Mutable Flesh Spells table. Once you gain access to one of these spells, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn’t appear on the druid spell list, the spell is nonetheless a druid spell for you.

5th Gaseous Form, Bestow Curse
7th Polymorph, Fabricate
9th Modify Memory, Contagion

Level 3: Transmuter’s Adaptation

3rd level feature

You have a remarkable degree of control over transformation magic.

When you cast a spell that changes a creature’s form (such as Wild Shape, Polymorph, Shapechange, or similar spells), you can choose to allow the target creature to retain any of the following traits, if it is physically plausible in the new form:

  • Innate abilities (such as Darkvision, flight, or spell resistance),

  • Base ability scores,

  • Proficiencies (weapons, armor, saving throws, or skills),

  • Class features,

  • Equipped items and magical gear, if the form could reasonably use or wear them.

Additionally, you may choose to use the higher value between the target's and the new form’s ability scores or proficiencies where applicable.

This also applies to your Wild Shape, allowing you to retain a blend of natural and personal abilities while transformed.

Organic Synthesis

3rd level feature

You have learned to reinforce transformations with temporary enhancements.

When you cast a transmutation spell of 1st level or higher on a willing creature, you may choose one of the following benefits to apply to the target:

  • The target gains temporary hit points equal to your druid level.

  • The target’s movement speed increases by 10 feet for the duration.

  • The target gains resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage (your choice) until the spell ends.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum once) per long rest.

Fleshweaver’s Gift

6th level feature

Your connection to the mutable essence of life allows you to extend your transformation to others.

  • When you use Wild Shape, you may choose one willing creature within 30 feet of you. That creature may also transform into the same beast form as you for the same duration, using your Wild Shape limitations (CR, movement, etc.).

  • The chosen creature retains its Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, and is considered to have Wild Shape for the duration, though they cannot voluntarily end the transformation early.

  • While both of you are transformed in this way, you share a limited symbiotic link:

    • You can communicate telepathically within 60 feet.

    • When either of you takes damage, the other may choose to take half of that damage instead (no reaction required).

Living Sculptor

 10th level feature

  • You can cast Alter Self without expending a spell slot or requiring concentration. When you do, it lasts for 1 hour.

  • You may choose another willing creature within 30 feet as the target instead of yourself.

  • You may also cast Polymorph without requiring concentration. Only one non-concentration Polymorph can be active at a time.

Perfected Symbiosis

 14th level feature

  • Adaptive Form: When you or a creature you transform (via Wild Shape, Polymorph, Alter Self, or similar magic), the transformation molds itself to retain full access to innate abilities, features, equipment, and spellcasting—even if the new form would not normally allow it. Armor fuses seamlessly to fit, mouths reshape for verbal components, and paws wield wands if needed.

  • Omniform Identity: Any creature transformed by your magic is considered to have all creature types and subtypes (such as beast, humanoid, fey, undead, elemental, etc.) for the duration of the transformation. This affects interactions with spells, features, and magical effects (e.g., protection from evil and good, banishment, etc.).

  • Morphic Memory: Creatures transformed by you retain a clear sense of self and memory. They automatically succeed on saving throws to retain personality and alignment, and can act with full autonomy and tactical awareness.
