Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

“Thought is quieter than breath. And twice as sharp.”

The Echo Blade walks between memory and silence. Trained by the Dust Circuit, you wield psionic silence like a weapon. You don’t stab through armor — you cut through thought, memory, and resolve. Your mind shapes the battlefield long before your enemy raises a blade.

Where others rely on steel, you wield presence. Where others leave marks, you leave none. Your blades are thoughts — and your enemies never see them coming.

Psionic Blades

Starting at 3rd level, you can manifest psionic blades as part of your attacks.

- These blades are finesse, light, and thrown (range 60 feet).
- They deal 1d6 psychic damage.
- They vanish after use, leaving no trace or physical wound.
- When you attack with one blade, you can make a second attack with a blade using your bonus action.

These weapons are not illusions — they are thoughts made real, sharpened by silence.

Psionic Energy

Also at 3rd level, you gain a pool of psionic energy dice — d6s — equal to twice your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended dice after a long rest.

You can expend a psionic die to do one of the following:

- Blade Surge: Add the die to your attack roll with a psionic blade.
- Extended Reach: Double the range of your psionic blade to 120 feet for one attack.
- Memory Erasure: After hitting a creature with a blade, expend a die. The creature must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier) or forget the last 6 seconds of combat (DM's discretion).

Psionic energy isn’t flashy — it’s surgical. You don’t channel it. You unleash it.

Thought Echo

At 9th level, your psionic mastery allows you to fracture space with thought alone.

When you take the Dash or Disengage action, you leave behind a shimmering psionic afterimage of yourself in the space you left. This echo lasts until the start of your next turn.

While the echo exists, you can:

- Use a bonus action to teleport to the echo’s space.
- Cause enemies within 5 feet of the echo to have disadvantage on attack rolls until the start of your next turn.

The afterimage flickers with thought-trails — ghost steps from a mind already gone.

Mind Shear

At 13th level, your psychic blades can unmake not just flesh — but function.

When you hit a creature with a psionic blade, you can expend two psionic energy dice to target its mind directly.

The target must make an Intelligence saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier). On a failed save, the creature is stunned until the start of your next turn.

This attack doesn’t wound the body. It severs the self — if only for a moment.

Silent Assassin

At 17th level, your psionic mastery makes you the perfect weapon — unseen, unfelt, unremembered.

You gain the following benefits:

- Psionic Overload:Your psionic blades ignore resistance to psychic damage.
- Dead Silent: When you hit a creature while hidden, you deal maximum damage on your Sneak Attack.
- Mindlock Veil: You can expend 1 psionic energy die to become undetectable by divination magic (such as scrying, detect thoughts, or locate creature) for 1 hour.

You no longer leave behind echoes. You erase the sound of your passage before it’s ever made.
