Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

You have permanently bonded with a spirit called Nyx, the spirit of memory, lost realities and forgotten whispers of ancient knowledge. This bond grants you unique abilities as the bond strengthens.

Veil sight

You can perceive hidden passageways, lost objects and entities existing between worlds. You gain advantage on investigation checks to uncover concealed elements.

Strip illusions

Twice per long rest, you gain the ability to strip all illusions in a thirty foot radius.

Veil step

When you take damage, you can choose to fully phase into the Veil for one round, avoiding all attacks and spells. At the start of your next turn, you are returned to the normal dimension.

Reality rend

When striking a creature, force it to make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw or suffer 1d6 force damage and become destabilized—causing its next attack to suffer disadvantage.

Fate's hand

Once per long rest, you may alter fate itself, forcing one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw to automatically succeed or fail.

Future whispers

Nyx gains the ability to see glimpses of the near future, allowing you to reroll one ability check, saving throw or attack roll of your choice. This can only happen once per long rest.

Dimensional step

When you are phased, all attacks against you have disadvantage and you may move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. If you remain in this phased state for more than a minute, you must succeed on a DC 12 constitution check or be disoriented (disadvantage on ability checks) for the next hour.

Mind Veil

Your thoughts are immune to mind-reading, enchantment, and psychic intrusion effects.

Eternal bond

If reduced to 0 HP, you phase into the Veil instead of dying, remaining hidden for up to 1 minute. If you remain conscious, you may reposition before returning to the material plane.
