Bard
Base Class: Bard

Festivity Bards live for the simple pleasures of celebration and excitement. They do most of the work for parties, from planning to executing, and making sure every soul involved has a good time.

This College is know to produce some of the liveliest Bards in the realm. They always have a good idea for a celebration, and can pull it out at any moment’s desire.

Level 3: Catering Services

You always have the Create Food and Water spell prepared.

You can cast this spell without expending a spell slot. If you do, you only create half as much food and water, but the food created is flavorful and the water created can be any beverage of your choice. A creature that takes 1 minute to consume any of the food or water gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Bard level for 4 hours.

Once you use this feature, you must finish a Long Rest to do so again.

Level 3: Life of the Party

As a Magic action, you can create a spectral party scene in a 15-foot Emanation, originating from you. For 1 minute, or until you use this feature again, when you take the Bonus Action to confer a Bardic Inspiration die, you can confer a number of Bardic Inspiration die up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), dividing those die among creatures of your choice that are within the emanation, instead of just one. The Emanation ends early if you become Incapacitated, Unconscious, or you die.

When you confer Bardic Inspiration die this way, both you and the recipients regain Hit Points equal to your spell save DC.

You can use this feature twice, regaining one expended use when you finish a Short Rest, and all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Level 6: Spread the Joy

You gain the following benefits:

Bigger Party. The Emanation from your Life of the Party feature extends to 30 feet.

Overindulgence. If you confer a Bardic Inspiration die to a Hostile creature, that creature doesn’t regain Hit Points from your Life of the Party feature, it has the Poisoned condition, and it can’t spend the die. A Poisoned creature’s Speed is halved and it has Disadvantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws. The creature can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns against your spell save DC, ending the effect on itself and removing the Bardic Inspiration die on a success.

Level 14: Celebration for the Ages

You always have the Heroes’ Feast spell prepared.

Whenever you use your Life of the Party feature, you can choose to change the Emanation into a 45-foot Sphere that remains in place for 1 hour, or until you dispel it as a Bonus Action. If you do, you and your allies inside the Sphere gain the following benefits:

Jovial. You have Immunity to the Charmed condition.

Lively. You have Resistance to Necrotic damage, and your Hit Point maximum and ability scores can’t be decreased.

Partake. Whenever you roll a Bardic Inspiration die, you regain Hit Points equal to the result times three.

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a Long Rest, or restore your use of it by spending a 6th level or higher spell slot.
