Channel Divinity

  • •Warmth of the Camp - You radiate the soft warmth of a campfire for 10 minutes. Any creature that spends the full 10 minutes and within 10ft of you and does no more than light activity has their level of exhaustion reduced by one and can choose to roll a number of hit dice up to your proficiency bonus.
  • •Breaking Ground - You can use your channel divinity to alter the battlefield around you. As a bonus action, you can choose to either destroy sections of the ground or raise a wall. 
  • Ground - When you use this bonus action, you can choose six connected 5’x5’ sections of ground within 30ft of you. These sections of ground are now rough terrain and any creature that is standing on the chosen terrain when it changes must make a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. If a large or larger creature has less than half of its effective standing area affected it has advantage on the save.
  • Wall - When you use this bonus action, you create six connected 5’x5’x3” walls within 30ft of you. These walls must be connected to another surface and are made of the same material as that surface. The walls can be shaped however you want as long as they remain within the boundaries listed above.

As a bonus action on following turns you can change the location and type of battlefield augmentation. You can keep using this effect for up to one minute. When this effect ends, the remaining changes to the environment also return to their original shape.

Level 7: Aura of the Cornerstone

At 7th level, you can shoulder the weight of your community. While any ally’s are within 10ft of you, not including you, they are considered to have half-cover. At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet. 

Level 15: Aegis Strike

  • At 15th level, when you see yourself or an ally of yours within 30ft of you being hit with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to disrupt the ground and raise a small wall in front of the attacker. The target of the triggering attack has resistance to the damage from the attack. You force the attacker to make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a fail, the target is knocked 5ft back and prone. You can use this reaction a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after completing a long rest. 

Level 20: Hearth and Home

  • Once a day when you reach 20th level you can, as an action, grant your Aura of Protection the effects of the Hallow spell and you may choose two options from the Extra Effect list instead of the normal one. Any allies within the aura also gain health equal to your Charisma modifier plus Proficiency bonus at the start of their turn. These effects last for one minute or until you end it yourself(no action required). You regain your use of this ability at the end of a long rest.
