Bard
Base Class: Bard

College of Battle Bards use their natural talents to make friends, influence people and even deal damage to enemies.  Their supernatural Performances gain them respect but also strike fear into the hearts of all who are not prepared to battle them out in these streets.

Maniacal Techniques

Starting at third level when you pick this subclass, when you must make an Acrobatics,  Deception,  or Persuasion you may use your reaction to apply Performance modifier instead. You may use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma Modifier and regain all uses on a long rest.

Traipse Aside

You may use your [Tooltip Not Found] Modifier in place of your [Tooltip Not Found] Modifier for your armor class where applicable.

Dazzling Performance

You learn the Minor Illusion Cantrip if you don't already know it(or Friends if available).  When you cast friends you may expend 1 Bardic Inspiration Die and roll it. and Make a Performance Check contested by the target's Insight.  If you pass the check, the target does not learn that you used the spell for a number of hours equal to twice the number rolled. If you pass the check by 5 or more points, the target never learns that you used the spell unless they are informed by someone who knows.

If you learn Charm Person or Charm Monster you may also use this ability on those spells.

Battle

Once per turn you may use an action to Make a contested Performance Check against one hostile humanoid you can see within 30 ft.  If the target's Performance Bonus is less than +1, they may choose to use their Acrobatics or Athletics bonus instead.   When you pass the test expend one bardic inspiration and deal 2d8 Psychic Damage. You max expend up to your Charisma Modifier minus one additional Bardic Inspiration dice to roll them and add that amount of Psychic damage.   The target is frightened of you until the beginning of your next turn.

Gather Your Coterie

When you use the battle feature, you may choose a number of humanoid allies, all within 10 ft. of you or 5 ft of another chosen ally.  When you do, choose additional targets equal to the number of chosen allies.  Each chosen ally makes a contested Performance, Acrobatics, or Athletics check against one of the additional targets instead of you doing so.  If you pass the check, you may cast Vicious Mockery as a bonus action on one of the targets who failed the check.  Each of the chosen allies who passed their check can use their reaction to Cast Vicious Mockery and [Tooltip Not Found] is their spell-casting ability for it.  You can use this ability once and regain its use after a short rest.
