Years of substance abuse caused your mind to be at a heightened state where music flows easy and magic flows just as much, crafting and using substances is a part of your magic routine 

Calming Song

 Your song and herb calms the nerves of those around you

Starting at level 3, When you grant another creature a bardic inspiration you calm their nerves giving them a bonus to their next attack roll equal to your proficiency bonus

Second Hand Smoke

Starting at level 3,As an action you can spend a 1st level spell slot and a bardic die to choose an area you can see within 30ft- you exhale a cloud of smoke calming allies and harming enemies- any allies caught gain 1 roll of your bardic die + charisma mod in temp HP any enemies make a constitution save or take 1 roll + charisma in poison damage

Signature Dealer

Starting at level 3, Signature herbs can be used to regain expended uses of bardic inspiration, you can consume these a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus to increase your uses of bardic inspiration -

Each signature herb takes 2 minutes to smoke and once completed give an expended use of bardic inspiration back

Can smoke while in combat or doing other things

Signature herbs take 10 gp to craft as well as a signature flower that costs 20 gp for a total of 30 gp per signature herb

higher levels of herb can be crafted when your bardic die increases- reference the Kush chart

Clear minded

Starting at level 6, when taking a short rest regain max hit points on the song of rest

Additionally, all creatures effected gain advantage on 1-d20 roll of their choice within the next 8 hours

Coke Fueled Rage

Someone laced you or something because you are angry- you go into a fit of magical rage buffing your allies and yourself

Starting at level 14, as an action and using 2 uses of your bardic inspiration- all allied creatures within a 60ft radius of you gain a +10ft to their movement and a +2 to their armor class for 10 minutes. you can spend your reaction and bardic inspiration when an ally deals damage to increase it by a number equal to your bardic die during this time

Additionally you are resistant to all damage except for physical during the duration and once it is over you gain 2 points of exhaustion and are incapacitated for 1 minute
