Base Class: Monk
You have trained and learned to control your muscles with perfect precision. By flexing and controlling them, you can increase your abilities temporarily.
Level 6: Full Body Fitness
You gain the ability to flex your body, giving you temporary hit points. As a Bonus Action, you can roll your Martial Arts die. You gain a number of temporary Hit Points equal to the number rolled plus your Dexterity modifier (minimum of 1 Hit Point regained).
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Level 11: Full Leg Sprint
When you roll initiative, double your walking speed for the rest of the encounter.
Level 17: Perfect Form
As an action, lose any number of focus points. Add the amount of focus points lost to your Dexterity and Strength scores for 1 hour or until you gain back your focus points.
