By embracing the Way of the Feline Spiritbound, you channel both the physical prowess of a cat and the elusive mysticism of the Nekomata. You move with fluid grace, strike with precise ferocity, and carry an air of uncanny intuition that unsettles your foes. The spirits of the feline world walk with you, empowering your strikes, sharpening your senses, and lending you aspects of their supernatural essence.

Monks who follow this path learn to listen to the whispers of their spirit guides, achieving heightened awareness of their surroundings. In battle, they pounce like predators, striking from unexpected angles and evading retaliation with preternatural ease. Outside of combat, the Nekomata’s mischievous nature aids them in navigating social situations, uncovering secrets, and walking the thin line between the seen and unseen worlds.

Over time, your connection deepens, allowing you to partially manifest feline features — slit-like eyes that see in the dark, prehensile tails, sharpened claws, or even ethereal feline silhouettes that flicker around you in moments of intense focus. Your body becomes a perfect blend of monk discipline and feral instinct.

Anthropomorphic Form

You are able to modify your core to turn into a adorable Tabaxi and back to your original form at will, when in this form you add +2 on persuasion(charisma) checks,  can choose your eye and fur color as well as the patterns on the fur.

Primal Form

You are able to modify your core to turn into a cat and back to your original form at will, when in this form you gain the ability to climb vertical surfaces at your normal walking speed, can choose your eye and fur color as well as the patterns on the fur.

Spiritual Claws

You have formed a strong connection with your feline spiritual companions and are now able to copy some physical traits, can cover your limbs with spiritual energy that takes on the shape of glowing (you can choose the color of the shiny, spiritual energy that covers your body)  wild, untamed fur, extending into sharp, claws, your unarmed or monk weapon attacks are treated as magical for the purpose of overcoming nonmagical immunity or resistance and you gain a base additional +1d4 to unarmed or monk attacks  

Core Fusion

For 1 hour, fuse your spiritual core with one of your companions (+5 feet movement speed, Dark vision, +2 on perception checks) ( Once per long rest)

Core Hyperlink

Your connection to your spiritual companions has deepened to a degree where your core has formed a spiritual bridge with the cores of your companions, now your Spiritual Claws add 2d4 to unarmed attacks and the spiritual bridge allows to share physical traits with your companions, can cover your entire body in spiritual energy allowing you to turn into a large feline that can travel long distances at high speeds, additionally as a bonus action your companions can take the shape of a Neko and become intelligent creatures capable of speech, their base stats remain the same. 

Recovery of the Soul

Now any attack successfully landed by your companion on a hostile creature regenerates an equal ammount of hit points to both the player and the companion (does not give temporary hitpoints)

Cats Have Nine Lives!!!

Once per long rest, when your hitpoints fall below 0 you can sacrifice the core of one of your spiritual companions to restore yours and regain all your hitpoints, when you do, the sacrificed companion permanently ceases to exit, if you sacrifice all your companions you will not take advantage of the Feline Spiritbound subclass until you summon a new one.
