Bard
Base Class: Bard

The College of Kindergarten is for those who wish to weaponize age. Playing off of the frailness of the senile and the naivety of the youth.

Youthful Proficiencies

When you join the College of Kindergarten at 3rd level, your youth returns to you, causing you to get younger by your current age divided by 4. this grants you proficiency with disguise kits, forgery kits, and one type of gaming set of your choice.

Strength and Naivety

Also at 3rd level, you learn the benefits and drawbacks that come with being both old and young. As an action, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to either increase or decrease (your choice) the age of a creature within 60 feet of you by the number rolled on the bardic inspiration die (minimum 1 year old). Then, determine if the creature is in either its first, or last quarter of its lifespan, and if so, there is an additional effect. If the creature is in its last quarter of its lifespan, then you may choose for the creature to either increase its Intelligence and Wisdom scores equal to the number rolled on your Bardic Inspiration die, or decrease its Strength and Dexterity scores by the same number. If the creature is in its first quarter of its lifespan, then you may choose for the creature to either increase its Strength and Dexterity scores equal to the number rolled on your Bardic Inspiration die, or decrease its Intelligence and Wisdom scores by the same number. These effects last for 1 minute or you dismiss them (no action required).

Shrinking Stature

Starting at 6th level, your study of this College has granted you an unorthodox understanding of how to manipulate people. As an action, you can change yourself to appear much younger and decrease your size type by one category. Your new stature grants you advantage on all skill checks that use your Dexterity modifier. Additionally, you gain advantage on any skill checks that use you Charisma modifier as long as it is against a creature older than you. This effect last for one hour or until you dismiss it as a bonus action, and you may use it a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, with all expended uses being restored on a short rest.

Please, I'm Only a Child

At 14th level, you have learned the truth of immortality. Everyday you get younger by 1 year until you are 5 years old or younger. You can not get any older except by magical means. All of the time that you spent rolling around in mud and eating bugs has granted immunity to disease. Additionally, the effects granted to you by your Shrinking Stature feature are always active on yourself, and you may use it on others with a range of touch.
