Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Your venomous magic is able to poison enemies and slowly eat them away.

Level 3: Toxicity

Your toxic magic is now able to destroy enemies slowly from the inside out. Whenever you deal poison damage to an enemy, they gain 1 Venin counter. Once a creature has 3 counters, they need to make a CON save against your spell save DC or have a random negative effect trigger. Regardless if they pass or fail, the number of Venin counters on them resets to zero.

At 3rd level you use 1d4 to determine the result, then 1d6 at 6th level, 1d8 at 14th level, and 1d10 at 18th level

Level 3: In the Blood

Your poisonous magic has infected your body and altered it, giving you resistance to poison damage and the poisoned condition.

Additionally, if you deal poison damage to an enemy that is immune to poison, they instead have resistance to it.

Level 6: Venomous

If you deal piercing or slashing damage to an opponent, and they have at least 1 Venin counter on them, you can reset their number of Venin counters to make them make a CON save against your Spell Save DC. If they fail, they are now poisoned.

Additionally, if you deal poison damage to an enemy who is already poisoned, you can cause them to gain 2 Venin Counters instead of 1.

The die you use for your Toxicity ability increases to 1d8

Level 14: Poisonous Sludge

You’re now able to vomit out a purplish, black sludge from your mouth and coat your enemies in it. Make a melee spell attack against your enemy, if it lands they gain two Venin Counters. They will take no damage from this attack.

Additionally, when your Toxicity ability triggers, you now roll 1d6 instead of 1d4 and have two additional effects added to the Toxic Table.

Level 18: Overdose

You are now able to control when your Toxicity ability will trigger. You can have it activate when the enemy hits 3 Venin counters like normal, or you can delay it and they will continue to gain Venin Counters. These counters will disappear after the enemy goes down for a long rest.

As an action on your turn, you can manipulate the poison in your opponent’s veins and have it attack them from the inside. Designate one enemy, they must make a CON save against your spell DC or take 1d10 poison damage for each Venin Counter on them. The number of counters resets to zero after this.

The die you roll for your Toxicity ability is increased to 1d10.
