Bard
Base Class: Bard

"Let the others forge blades in fire. I forge mine in verse."

College of the Songblade bards are warrior-artists who blend bladecraft and melody into a singular art form. To them, battle is performance, and each strike is a note in a deadly composition. These bards do not simply enchant weapons. They become the weapon, forging a bond between sound and steel so deep that even legendary swords will sing for them.

They are feared and admired not just for their skill, but for the beauty with which they fight.

3rd Level: Blade of Resonance

Your music is so potent, it can take form. You gain the ability to manifest a Resonant Blade. A weapon forged of pure musical energy.

- As an action, you can conjure a magical finesse weapon in your hand made of swirling musical notes and soundwaves.

- You can choose to have this blade deal thunder damage instead of its normal damage when you summon it.

- This blade lasts until dismissed with an action or if 10ft away from you for more than a minute and is considered your spellcasting focus.

Additionally, you gain proficiency with medium armor and one martial weapon of your choice.

3rd Level: Harmonic Flourish

You can enhance your strikes with echoes of your voice

As a bonus action, you can use your Bardic Inspiration on yourself, roll the die and use it to:

- Add half the result (minimum of 1)*d4 to the damage of your Resonant Blade on a hit.

- Push the target is pushed a number of feet equal to the die result*5 in a direction of your choice.

6th Level: Sonic Channeling

Use the rhythm within you, take down your foes gracefully

- When you wield your Resonant Blade, you now can use your Charisma modifier instead of Dexterity for attack rolls and damage.

- You may now cast certain spells through your Resonant Blade. Whenever you cast a bard spell from your spell list, that forces a creature to make a saving throw and deals no damage the creature fails, you may make a melee weapon attack with your Resonant Blade as part of the casting. If the attack hits, the target suffers the weapon's effects, and the spell is cast on them as part of the same action.

- Your internal rhythm makes you capable of reacting quickly. When you roll initiative, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration die and add the roll to your initiative.

14th Level: Symphony of Steel

You become a maestro of battle, turning combat into choreography.

- You can now summon two Resonant Blades, but only if both weapons are of the light and finesse variety (e.g., twin shortswords or scimitars).

- When you hit a creature with your blade on your turn, you can choose to imbue your voice into the attack, forcing the target to make a Charisma saving throw (DC = your spell save DC). On a failure, it is disoriented until the end of your next turn. While disoriented, the creature can only take an action or bonus action, it loses its reactions, and its movement is halved. It can make another saving throw at the end of its turn.

- Symphonic Crecendo: You may move up to your movement speed without taking attacks of opportunity, making your harmonic strike on as many different targets as you can reach once.

- Whenever you finish a long rest, you may touch one magical melee weapon that you are attuned to and has the finesse property (Two if light and dual wielding). That weapon becomes your Resonant Blade.
