College of Yodels

The College of Yodels is known in the realm of Sakuraidia for its silly concept, but its adherents are more renowned for their ability to use their yodeling to boost the morale of allies and annoy enemies. Yodeler bards can inspire multiple allies at once, provided they are within earshot of their nonsensical yet whimsical melodies.

Harmonious Echo

When you take this college at 3rd level, as a bonus action, you can begin yodeling, creating a harmonious echo that inspires your allies and disorients your enemies. For a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), you can use your Bardic Inspiration feature to inspire multiple allies within 30 feet of you simultaneously. Additionally, enemies within this area have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws against your Bard spells and abilities.

Cadence of Resilience

Starting at 6th level, when you use your Harmonious Echo feature, you can choose to grant temporary hit points to your inspired allies equal to your Charisma modifier at the start of their turns. These temporary hit points last until the end of their next turn.

Crescendo of Disruption

At 14th level, your yodeling reaches its peak, causing a disruptive wave of sound. When you use your Harmonious Echo feature, enemies within the area must make a Constitution saving throw against your Bard spell save DC. On a failed save, they are deafened for 1 minute, and they have disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks while deafened. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the deafened condition on a successful save.
