Base Class: Druid
Ease the aches of weary travelers.
Druids of the Hot Spring draw their powers from the soothing natural hot springs found on misty mountainsides and in shaded groves. They embody the healing energy of pure steamy water and the burning intensity of boiling pools. Two sides to the springs they venerate and care for.
Inspired by Obojima: Tales from the Tall Grass by 1985 games.

| 3 | Create Bonfire, Fog Cloud, Create or Destroy Water, Misty Step, Dragon’s Breath |
| 5 | Fireball, Water Breathing |
| 7 | Control Water, Aura of Life |

Level 3: A Spring of Life and Fire
As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape and target a 5 foot cube within 10 feet of you that you can see to cause a bubbling hot spring to burst from the ground. The water is summoned from a source deep underground and is clean, comfortably hot and natural spring water. While it remains, this spring releases steam that emits a 5 foot emanation that lightly obscures and surrounds it. The spring lasts for 24 hours.
Hot Water Blessing
When you summon your Spring of Life and Fire and as a Bonus Action for 1 minute after, you can target a creature you can see within 10 feet of any hot spring. The target is “blessed” with one of the following effects of your choice:
- Soothing Mist:
The target is healed for a number of d4s equal to your proficiency bonus.
In addition, ranged attacks against them are made with disadvantage as swirling mist confounds their foes until the start of your next turn. - Steam Geyser:
The target makes a dexterity save against your spell dc. On a failure it takes fire damage equal to a number of d6s equal to your proficiency bonus.
Pass or Fail, the target cannot benefit from the invisible condition as their body steams from the heat and moisture until the start of your next turn. - Mineral Bath:
The target gains temporary hit points equal to your druid level.
In addition, the target gains resistance to poison and necrotic damage as their body is fortified until the start of your next turn.
Level 6: Spring Affinity
Your body becomes attuned to the essence of the hot springs. The bond you share with the springs grows.
The distance you can summon or target from your Spring of Life and Fire increases to 20 feet.
In addition, you gain resistance to fire damage.
Level 10: Pool of Relaxtion
While your Spring of Life and Fire is active, any creature may use an action to immerse themselves in it. They can choose to benefit from one of the following effects:
Relief. Remove 1 level of Exhaustion.
Health. Remove one Curse, Poison or Disease effect.
Life. They may spend one Hit Die to heal as if taking a rest.
Level 14: Gift of the Hot Spring Spirits
Instead of targeting a creature with Hot Water Blessing you may now target a point you can see and all creatures of your choice within a 10 foot sphere of that point are affected by the chosen blessing.
In addition you may add your Wisdom modifier to the healing, damage or temporary hit points of your Hot Water Blessing effects.
While your Spring of Life and Fire is active, two large intangible spirits in the form of a boar and a dragon can be seen floating nearby.
