Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

The Weave does not speak to a Savant—it awakens through them.

It is said that once every thousand years, under the sign of a rare cosmic syzygy, a single individual is born as a Weave Savant. Most live their lives never unlocking their true potential—or are hunted down and slain by those who fear or envy their latent power. Only the rarest few ever awaken to the deepest truths of the Weave.

Where other wizards specialize and divine casters channel, a Weave Savant draws equally from arcane, divine, and primal sources. They do not obey the boundaries of tradition; they dissolve them. To a Savant, every spell list is one, every discipline a dialect of the same universal language.

What begins as insatiable study—arcane formulae, druidic rites, celestial prayer—evolves into something greater. The Savant’s mind unfolds into a memory palace of impossible clarity: a mental realm so vivid it can be entered, explored, and consulted. In time, this palace becomes real—a timeless, extradimensional sanctum where thought becomes structure and knowledge takes form.

As their power grows, so does their divergence from mortality. Their spells become fluid and interchangeable, their skills reconfigurable with a thought. Time slows around them. No single tradition defines them, because they are all traditions. The Savant is not a student of the Weave; they are the weaver.

Manus Invocatae

You learn the cantrip Mage Hand if you don’t already know it. When you cast Mage Hand, you can do so as a Bonus Action, and the spectral hand is Ethereal. The spectral hand counts as a familiar, and its range and duration become unlimited. You can see and hear from the hand's position, although the time it takes to activate this feature depends on the hand's distance from you: Within 100 feet - 1 Bonus Action; Within 1,000 feet - 1 minute; Within 10 miles - 10 minutes; On the same plane as you - 1 hour; On a different plane - 8 hours.

You can direct your Mage Hand to move telepathically (no action required). In combat it moves on your Initiative.

Finally, when you cast a spell with a range of touch, your Mage Hand can deliver the touch. It must be within 100 feet of you, and it must take a Reaction to deliver the touch when you cast the spell.

Arcanum Universalis

As a Weave Savant, whenever you learn a new cantrip or spell, you may choose from any spell list. You can acquire spells through your own rigorous study, by deciphering scrolls regardless of language, through sudden revelation, or even by intuiting the meaning behind another wizard’s otherwise incomprehensible notes and spellbook scrawl. In fact, it is enough for you to have seen a spell cast once—or merely heard of it in theory—to be capable of learning it.

You no longer require a spellbook. Instead, spells are etched into a personal memory palace—a vast mnemonic construct forged from years of training, or perhaps something stranger and more metaphysical.

Forma Fluxa

You have the ability to edit spells spontaneously. When you cast a spell that deals damage other than bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing, you can change its damage type to any other type except bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing.

You learn four Metamagic options of your choice from the sorcerer class. You can use only one Metamagic option on a spell when you cast it, unless the option says otherwise. Whenever you reach a level that grants the Ability Score Improvement feature, you can replace one of these Metamagic options with another one from the sorcerer class.

You gain 6 sorcery points to spend on Metamagic (these points are added to any sorcery points you have from another source but can be used only on Metamagic). You regain all spent sorcery points when you finish a long rest. Additionally, you can expend a spell slot to gain a number of Sorcery Points equal to the slot’s level (no action required).

Vox Interioris

Your memory palace is no longer a passive archive—it is a sentient, echoing construct of your own mind. Within its endless halls, reflections of your past thoughts, mentors, and musings await your summons. You no longer need to look outward for answers when the depths of your own intellect hold all you require.

You always have the Contact Other Plane spell prepared. When you cast it to consult your memory palace rather than an extraplanar entity, you do so without expending a spell slot, and you automatically succeed on the saving throw. When cast this way, your questions may draw upon long-forgotten knowledge, speculative truths, or recursive self-inquiry woven into the Weave.

In addition, after casting Contact Other Plane using this feature, you gain expertise in any two skills of your choice. You are considered proficient in those skills if you weren’t already, and you double your proficiency bonus for any ability checks using them. These choices last until the next time you use this ability.

Palatium Aeternum

Your memory palace transcends the mind and becomes a true, living space—a pocket of reality shaped by your thoughts, instincts, and mastery of the Weave. Once private and internal, it is now a place others can enter.

You learn the spells Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Mansion and Mordenkainen’s Majestic Manor (homebrew). These spells do not count against your number of prepared spells. When you cast either spell, the extradimensional space created becomes a physical manifestation of your memory palace. You can cast Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Mansion without expending a spell slot or requiring its material component.

The architecture, contents, and laws of this space reflect your subconscious design. Creatures that enter the space gain expertise in two skills of their choice, which lasts for 24 hours after leaving. This stacks with your Vox Interioris feature.

In addition, your attunement to the primal Weave has altered your relationship to time. While inside your memory palace (as created by either spell), creatures age at a rate of one year for every one hundred years that pass. This applies only to natural aging and does not prevent curses, disease, or physical harm.

Finally, you have advantage on all Intelligence (Arcana) checks.
