Base Class: Fighter
The Sovereign Titan is not simply a warrior, it is power incarnate. Where others master the blade or the bow, you master presence, raw strength, and unshakable will. Your body becomes a fortress. Your voice, a challenge to the divine. Your wrath, the weight of mountains made manifest.
This subclass is built for those who wish to stride across the battlefield like a walking siege engine: immense, indomitable, and unforgettable. You are the center of every clash, the thing enemies fear to strike and cannot ignore. Your very form dares others to break against you.
Level 3: Titanic Form
When you take this subclass, you gain the 'Titanic Form' which makes your presence overwhelming physically and mentally.
You gain proficiency in Intimidation, and you are able to use strength instead of charisma for it.
-
You count as one size larger for carrying capacity, push/pull/lift, grappling, and shoving.
-
Your HP increases by 1 per level, till level 7, then it becomes 2 per level, level 10 makes it +3, level 15 makes it +4, and level 18 makes it +5.
-
You're immune to being frightened, but have disadvantage against being charmed if it involves you doing any-from of bloodshed that's not on yourself
(Note the HP bonus rewrites the old ones)
Level 3: Flesh as Iron
When you take this subclass, your body becomes a living fortress. Whenever wearing armor, you gain bonuses for a price of course. Although you also gain lesser bonuses w/o armor.
While you are not wearing armor, you gain -3 dmg from non-magical sources for only slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning.
-
While you are wearing armor though, this is instead -2 to all damage sources instead, but you have a -5 to stealth and disadvantage on dexterity saving throws.
No Armor
While you are not wearing armor, you gain -3 dmg from non-magical sources for only slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning.
Wearing Armor
While you are wearing armor though, this is instead -2 to all damage sources instead, but you have a -5 to stealth and disadvantage on dexterity saving-throws.
Level 3: Scornful Remark
When you take the subclass, you learn to weaponize scorn itself. With a single sneer, glare, or cutting phrase, you goad enemies into targeting you above all else: As if they could harm you.
As a bonus action, unleash a Scornful Remark that targets a number of creatures within 15 feet equal to your Strength modifier (minimum 1). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or be Marked by Scorn for 1 minute.
While marked:
-
You and the marked creature both have advantage on attack rolls against each other.
-
You deal bonus damage equal to your Strength modifier to marked creatures when you hit them.
-
If a marked creature attacks anyone other than you, they take force damage equal to your Fighter level once per turn for that enemy, as reality itself lashes back at their cowardice.
You can use this feature once per short or long rest.
Level 7: Iron Effigy
You are not merely a warrior: you are a monument to strength. At 7th level, your body becomes as unmoving and unyielding as stone, forged through sheer force of will and disdain for weakness.
-
Ironbound Flesh:
While you are below half your maximum hit points and wearing heavy armor, you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons. -
No Means No:
When a creature attempts to grapple you, shove you, knock you prone, or impose another physical condition (such as being restrained, disarmed, or knocked back) via a weapon attack or physical feature, you can use your reaction to make a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + the attacker’s Strength or Dexterity modifier + their proficiency bonus. (DM's Choice for which they use)
On a success, you ignore the effect entirely if it's restrained, grappled or disarmed. If it's knocked back or pushed prone, you instead do what it would've done to you, but to them instead
You may use this reaction a number of times equal to your Strength modifier per long rest (minimum once). Do know you must fail the 1st save if there is one to use this. -
Indomitable Stand:
When you are hit by any damage source, you can use your reaction to reduce all damage taken until the start of your next turn by an amount equal to your Fighter level.
You can use this ability three times per long rest.
Level 10: Scornful Execution
At level 10 your Scornful Remark cuts deeper than words: it exposes weakness in your foes, daring them to strike and leaving them open in return.
When a creature fails its saving throw against Scornful Remark, the first attack you do that hits, it deals damage as if the target were vulnerable to that instance (doubling the damage). Which this lasts until the end of your next turn.
Additionally, allies also gain advantage on their first attack made against each affected creature during that time.
Level 15: Titanic Ascension
At level 15, your body is no longer merely mortal: it is myth given muscle, a towering testament to what sheer might can become.
Your Titanic Form evolves further. You now count as two sizes larger (from Large, now to huge) for the purposes of carrying capacity, grappling, shoving, and push/pull/lift mechanics. Your reach with melee weapon attacks increases by 5 feet. In addition:
-
You now add double your proficiency bonus to Strength (Intimidation) checks made while using your Strength score.
-
Your movement cannot be reduced by magical or nonmagical means unless you are incapacitated or restrained.
-
Creatures who are frightened of you have disadvantage on attack rolls against you.
Level 15: Reinforced Flesh
At 15th level, your hardened physique has transcended normal endurance. Your body shrugs off the kind of punishment that would shatter lesser warriors.
-
While you are below half your maximum hit points, you gain resistance to all damage except force, psychic, and radiant. Meanwhile you are naturally resistant to poison, cold, and fire
-
Additionally, you are immune to the stunned and paralyzed conditions caused by physical sources (such as strikes, muscle-affecting venom, or shockwaves), as your nerves and body no longer respond to pain the way others do.
Level 18: Throned Ascension
At last, at level 18, you no longer fight for control of the battlefield: you are the battlefield. Your presence is oppressive, your might unquestioned, and your will unbreakable. The throne is not something you sit on. It is something you become.
-
Your Strength increases by 4, to a maximum of 24.
-
You ignore all resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, whether magical or nonmagical.
-
You gain one additional reaction per round. This functions independently, allowing you to respond to multiple triggers per round.
Additionally, while wearing heavy armor, your body emits an aura of sovereign defiance. Creatures within 15 feet of you have disadvantage on all Strength and Dexterity checks or saves.
