Way of Cursed Energy

A Way of Cursed Energy monk comes from no singular temple, they need the desire to preserve their minds and bodies.

A Way of Cursed Energy monk imbues their cursed energy into their mind and body, increasing their capabilities beyond that of the average mortal.

Level 3: Extension of the Body

Starting at 3rd level, you can use any magic item as a monk weapon. Additionally, you add damage dice to your attack rolls, adding 1 dice at levels 3, 7, 10, 14, and 17. You can also make your unarmed strikes deal force damage if they do not already do so.

Level 6: Cursed Ki

You pick up some traits that cursed spirits possess, allowing you to feed of negative emotion.

Starting at 6th level, whenever you land a critical hit (or similar effect), you regain 1 ki point, and when a creature is killed, hostile or friendly, regain 5 ki points.

Level 11: Cursed Pummel

You pour your energy into performing more blows than you would normally be able to.

Starting at 11th level, you can expend 3 ki points in order to make 6 unarmed strikes this turn, you cannot make weapon attacks the turn you use this feature. You can still use ki points for bonus actions and reactions.

Level 17: Undying Energy

Cursed Energy fuels your very living, allowing you to survive normally fatal blows.

Starting at 17th level, when you would reach zero hitpoints, you can spend 1 ki point and drop to 1 hitpoint instead.
