You can use dexterity modified instead of Strength modified for skill check ,saving throw,lifting and carrying.You have proficiency in Strength saving throw. You have advantage on Strength (Athletic) Check
Brute. bonus action spend 2 focus point .You have Resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.You can’t maintain Concentration, and you can’t cast spells. Brute end if you have incapacitated condition. Brute duration is 1 minutes.
Reckless. you can give yourself have advantage on attack roll required Dex or Str but attack roll against you is also advantage.

Fist of Illness
Toxic. When you hit a creature with an attack granted by your Flurry of Blows, you deal extra Poison damage equal to one roll of your Martial Arts die.
Diseases from vermin. if you hit creature with unarmed or monk weapon spend 1 focus point the creature succeed on con saving throw or have curse for 1 minutes while curse it's gain Poison condition and when you hit the creature you can deal extra acid or poison damage equal one roll of your Martial Arts die (damage is one per turn).
Illness life. resistance acid and poison damage. Immune poison condition.
Poor life.you can speak with vermin and you can command it with animal handling DC 13 you can't do it if creature have intelligence score is above 5 it's immune and you can command only Cr 0
Fist of Silence
Sneak attack monk. Once per turn, when you hit a creature and you have advantage on the attack roll, you can deal extra damage to the target. The extra damage is 2 roll of martial arts die.
Focused attack. Bonus action to give yourself have advantage on attack this turn.
Shadow. When you spend 1 focus points to use step of the wind you gain invisible conditions until start of your next turn or you deal damage
Fist of The chosen one
Psychic blade. Spend 1 focus Special attack to make malee attack reached 15 feet damage type is (piercing, slashing, bludgeoning, psychic) . This feature counts as an unarmed strike to use feature.
Psychic control. You can shove and grapple with Psychic blade.You can spend 1 focus point to enchanted shove push 15 feet in any direction or phone condition reduce target speed to 0 until end of it's turn
Psychic armor. As Bonus action Spend 1 focus point + 2 AC for 1 minutes. You can use Reaction +3 AC (Now you have +5 AC) but time duration become 1 round

Fist of Unnamed

You need healing .as bonus action you can spend 1 focus point to regain a creature hit points within 5 feet of you (including yourself) equal to your Martial Arts die + monk level.
Prepared fight .when you use Uncanny Metabolism or spend 1 focus point (bonus action) you gain temp equal Martial Arts die + wisdom modified.
Arm blade .Unarmed strike can deal slashing.
VI ways
Same as VI fist. You can choose option if DM allow.
Way of Unnamed
Ultimate reation. you have advantage on initiative . You can use reflect attack 2 time in one round.
Acrobatically. You have climbing speed equal walking speed. You have advantage on Dexterity check(acrobatic)
Echolocation. You have Tremorsense 60 ft and blind sight 5 feet.
Act cool. you don't need to run away from creature that you freighten.
Jack of all weapon. you have proficiency in Martial weapon counts as monk weapon.
Way of Brutal
No fear. While brute you immune frightened and have advantage against charm condition.
Unstoppable. you can not reduce speed while brute.
Savage.one per turn after damage roll you can deal extra damage same type equal 1 roll of martial art die.
Strength. you have advantage on Strength check and saving throw.
Way of Illness
Ultimate Diseases . When you deal Acid or Poison damage, you ignore the target’s Resistance to those damage types, if any.
Virus. As a Magic action, you can expend 2 Focus Points to unleash a cloud of miasma in a 20-foot Emanation originating from you for 1 minute. In the start of all creature turn in that area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes Poison damage equal to one rolls of your Martial Arts die and is cursed by your Diseases from vermin . On a successful save, it takes half as much damage only.

Additional You can spend 1 focus point create energy shield function as you wield normal shield (+2 AC) last until you dismiss it. You can't activate energy shield while you wielding shield.
Super healing. spend 1 focus points you and your allies within the aura regain 2d4+2 hit points instead 1d4 hit points

Your memory of yourself is same as your soul if memory of yourself is delete you death and cannot revive. You immune to delete memory of yourself in any way but other memories still can delete.

Perfect toxic body. you immune poison and acid damage and Whenever you take poison or acid damage, instead regain Hit points equal the poison or acid damage you take.(Before resistance and immune) . You can take healing in normal way but half. All of water in your body is acid and poison anything you touch your water take 1d4 acid and 1d4 poison.
Venom. Creature have disadvantages on your cursed.
Memory of silent
You sneak is 3 instead 2 roll. Can use sneak like rogue.
Ghost walk. You can move like nothing happens while move no footprints and You can spend 1 focus to invisible for 1 minutes and while invisible you can't detect by any blindsight or see invisible. You invisible until last 1 minutes or you attack creature or cast spell
Memory of The chosen one
you can use wisdom instead charisma in ability and skills check.
The One mind. You spend 1 focus points to success on anything that control you or reading you mind. You immune charm .you can reject telepathic. You can telepathic 300 ft.
Alpha. You hover is ignore difficult terrain that foot touch ground. You grab and push creature mind your ignore size to shove and grappler and spend 1 focus to ignore immune grapple.
Memory of Unnamed
Nonsense movement. You can walking running standing on walls upside-down like walk in ground.you can stand and move on object too small and not support your weight like leaf . you can walk on air but only on a horizontal plane parallel to the ground. You can fly like superman while you in water. (Equal ypur walking speed) You can swim though earth halved speed. Ypu ignore difficult terrain.
Memory of Warrior
Defender. Aura +2 AC instead 1 and aura have new abilities +1d4 temp for you and your allies at start of your turn
Master of shield. Your allies is attacked in 5 ft of you you can use reaction attack change target to you +1 AC that for that attack.
Armor master. You have proficiency in light medium and heavy armor. You wear armor and still use monk features +1 AC while wearing armor. You can spend 1 focus point you create armor for yourself is same as plate but don't have disadvantages on stealth.
