Base Class: Bard
Music is a powerful tool, able to inspire and harm in equal measure. As a bard, one's musical prowess is always key to one's success, but the college of concert takes things a step farther. By putting on an inspiring performance, you can empower your allies to feats beyond their wildest dreams.
Level 3: Magical Concert
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to empower your allies with a magical concert. As an action on your turn, you may put on a magical concert that lasts until the start of your next turn. This concert creates an Aura of Music around you in a 15ft radius. Allies within that Aura of Music receive +1 to their skill checks, saving throws, and attack rolls. You may use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your charisma modifier (minimum 1).
Additionally, you may use your voice as a spellcasting focus, instead of an instrument.
Level 6: Concerted Crescendo
At 5th level, your concert's power enhances over time. When you use your Magical Concert feature, you gain 1 stack of Hype. When you use this feature again, the +1 buff is increase4d for each stack of Hype you have up to half the size of your bardic inspiration dice. When you do not use this feature by the end of your turn, you lose all stacks of Hype.
Level 6: Inspiring Concert
A creature within your Aura of Music may use their bonus action to add your Bardic Inspiration dice to their next attack roll, saving throw, or skill check. This does not cunsume your bardic inspiration die. You can only use this feature once per short/long rest.
Level 14: The Show Must Go On
When you do not use your Magical Concert feature on your turn, at the end of your turn, you only lose half your stacks of Hype (rounded up) instead of all of them.
Additionally, the size of your Aura of Music increases by 15ft to 30
