Base Class: Fighter
The Jade Warrior is a fighter archetype born from the Jade Sovereignty’s philosophy: discipline sharpened by jade’s mystical resonance. Where the Windriders embody freedom of the skies, the Jade Warriors are the Sovereignty’s unshakable foundation—elite soldiers, temple guardians, and exemplars of jade-bound martial art.
Level 3: Jade Infusion
Your weapons and armor resonate with jade’s latent power.
-
Whenever you take a long rest, you may attune to a melee weapon or a suit of armor with a short meditation ritual. That equipment becomes jade-infused.
-
A jade-infused weapon counts as magical, and once per turn you deal an extra 1d4 force damage on a hit.
-
A jade-infused armor grants you advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Level 3: Martial Forms of the Jade Sovereignty
You learn two Jade Forms, special martial techniques fueled by focus. You gain more forms at higher levels.
-
You may use a Jade Form a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a short or long rest.
Emerald Step: When you take the Attack action, you may immediately move up to 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Jade Parry: As a reaction to being hit, reduce the damage by 1d8 + your proficiency bonus.
Level 7: Jade Resilience
Your body hardens like the stone you revere.
-
You gain resistance to Slashing, Piercing, and force damage
-
When you succeed on a saving throw against a spell, you may use your reaction to regain hit points equal to your fighter level.
Level 10: Flowing Jade
Your movements echo the fluidity of living jade.
-
Difficult terrain costs you no extra movement.
-
If you move at least 15 feet before attacking, you may add +2 to the attack roll.
Level 15: Verdant Aegis
Your mastery channels jade into protective wards.
-
As a bonus action, you can grant yourself and allies within 10 feet temporary hit points equal to your fighter level.
-
This can be used once per long rest.
Level 18: Jade Avatar
You embody the Sovereignty’s ideal: jade incarnate.
-
For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
-
You radiate a jade aura in a 10-foot radius; enemies treat the area as difficult terrain.
-
Your melee attacks deal an additional 1d8 force damage.
-
You automatically succeed on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
-
-
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until a long rest.
