Base Class: Monk
Channel the inner flames of your soul into outer flames of your being.
Blazing Arts
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your focus to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action, you can spend 1 focus point to cast flame blade, aganazzars scorcher, burning hands, or scorching ray, without providing material or vocal components. You also gain resistance to fire damage (if you already have it, it does not become an immunity).
Bursting Strike
At 6th level, you gain the ability to spend 2 focus point to explode the part of your body you used to hit the opponent in a burst of flame, dealing 6d4 fire damage to the opponent and half the damage the opponent took to the user (bypasses fire resistance). Your opponent must then make a dexterity check with a dc of 12. Upon success the opponent gets knocked back 5 feet and both the user and opponent take half damage, upon fail the opponent gets knocked back 10 feet, becomes prone and the user and opponent take full damage. At 11th and 17th level, add 3d4 damage. At 11th level reduce focus point cost to 1.
Flame Dash
At 11th level, you gain the ability to spend 3 focus point to compress flames beneath your feet to send you flying in a straight line of at most 120ft in any direction (so long as there isn't anything in the way of said line) as an action. If you make a melee attack after using flame dash, add 3 to the damage for every 30 feet or less traveled (ex: <30ft is +3 to damage, <60ft is +6 damage so on and so forth). At 17th level, reduce focus point cost by one and double max range and attack bonus (ex: <30ft is +6 instead of +3).
Still my heart is blazing!
When all hope seems lost, set your soul ablaze! At 17th level, you get the ability to (until you fall unconscious or end the effect yourself) enter a state of unbounded power, at a cost to yourself. Once you activate this ability, remove all temporary negative effects and all exhaustion levels. While this ability is active, you have unlimited focus points, every unarmed strike triggers Bursting Strike, all movement is replaced by Flame Dash, all fire damage dealt by you is doubled, but you also take 8d4 fire damage that bypasses resistance at the end of each of your turns until the effect ends (this damage cannot bring you below zero health). When the effect ends, regain all temporary negative effects, regain all previous exhaustion levels +2, lose all focus points, and reduce your max health by ten for a week if active for more than 4 turns. This can be used while unconscious. When used while unconscious, you regain all health and cannot turn it off manually. Activating this ability while unconscious can only be done once per week.
