The College of Culinary arts teaches Bards to express their passion and creativity through the food they create, letting their creations have their own voice for all to enjoy. Every flavor and ingredient is hand selected to craft a bite so perfect, cosmic energy awakens within those who indulge in such exquisite delicacies.
Bards of the College of Culinary Arts infuse magical potential into every confection they create. Their treats have the power to charm an adversary, strengthen an ally, or even poison an enemy. Culinary Bards are eagerly sought out by adventuring parties and even high members of society. Many of these Bards go on to become world renown chefs or personal cooks for royal families.
Inspiring Treat
3rd-level College of Culinary Arts feature
Whenever you give a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can combine cosmic ingredients to create an Inspiring Treat, which is automatically added to the inventory of that creature. The creature can use a reaction to eat the treat instantly, otherwise the treat can be eaten later using a bonus action. The treats crumble to dust after 24 hours. Eating the treat produces a random effect determined by rolling 1d8 on the Treat Table below:

What is a chef without their tools? Starting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Cook's Utensils.
Cosmic Cooking
3rd-level College of Culinary Arts feature
Your training in the Culinary Arts combined with your knack for magic has given you access to a list of food and drink based spells. These spells unlock at 3rd, 5th, and 11th levels.
Starting at 3rd level, you can cast Purify Food and Drink once per Long Rest without expending a spell slot.
Starting at 5th level, you can cast Create Food and Water once per Long Rest without expending a spell slot.
Starting at 11th level, you can cast Heroes' Feast once per Long Rest without expending a spell slot.
Aromatic Aura
6th-level College of Culinary Arts feature
The aroma of your delicious creations is far too enticing for anyone to pass up on. So long as you are conscious, a wonderful scent of baked goods or exotic spices follows you around wherever you go, piquing the interest of all who are capable of smelling it. Even hostile creatures will find themselves distracted by the wonderful scents coming from the food you make.
Starting at 6th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 ft. of you cannot be put to sleep against their will and have advantage on Persuasion checks as well as Death Saving Throws, so long as you are conscious. Additionally, you can use your reaction to expend a Bardic Inspiration die to use Enticing Aroma on a target within 10 ft. of you, which imposes disadvantage on any attack or saving throw.
Feast for All
14th-level College of Culinary Arts feature
A Culinary Bard never lets a stomach go hungry so long as they are around. With such fantastic experience, you can now create even more delicacies in the blink of an eye.
Whenever you give a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can create 3 Inspiring Treats instead of 1. The 3 treats can go to one target or can be shared between up to 3 targets within 30 ft. of you. If a target receives more than 1 treat, they can use their reaction to eat them all at the same time or use a bonus action later to eat them individually. Roll 1d8 on the Treat Table for each Inspiring Treat to determine the effect.
