Base Class: Rogue
Have you ever wanted to start house fires and stealthy deal way to much d6 damage to your enemies? Well, perfect, because that’s exactly what this subclass is designed to do!
Level 3: Torch wielder
when you use a torch to make a melee attack against a creature it deals an extra 1d6 bludgeoning in addition to the 1 fire damage, you can add your proficiency bonus And it counts as a finesse weapon for you, in addition you have advantage on attack rolls against creatures adjacent to open flames.
Level 3: Quick fire starter
you gain the ability to start fires using thieves tools (assuming there is adequate kindling) in addition you can use the bonus action granted by your cunning action to use your thieves tools to start a fire or to use an object action.
Level 9: Incendiary dice
At 9th level you are capable of quickly heating your weapons and protecting yourself from flames, this ability is represented by your incendiary dice, which are a d8. you have number of these dice equal to to twice your proficiency bonus, you can expend one of these dice whenever you make an attack roll to deal extra fire damage on a hit equal to the number rolled, you can also choose to expend one or more incendiary dice when you would take fire damage to reduce the damage by the number rolled. You regain all incendiary dice at the end of a short or long rest. When you reach levels in this class the size of your incendiary dice increases: at 11th level (d10) and 17th level (d12).
Level 13: Run through flame
At 13th level you have mastered the art of escaping from the fires you start unharmed and undetected, you are heavily obscured while in or adjacent to open flame and your walking speed increases by 10 feet, in addition to this moving through fire does not cause you to take damage.
Level 17: Fiery blades
Congratulations, you reached 17th level without burning to death, good job!
When you miss with an attack roll, you can expend one of your incendiary dice to attack again, dealing only fire damage and gaining a bonus to damage equal to the number rolled on the incendiary die.
