Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

The item is not everlasting, as it is recognized by the World as a Phantasm that doesn't belong in the natural world, and it will be erased as an inconsistency. The better the image in the caster's imagination, the more stable and longer lasting the object will be, and it can be further improved by having technical knowledge of its construction, such as a blueprint, or having materials to overlay the desired shape upon.

Projection is considered to be an incomplete and mostly useless magecraft by most modern magi for anything other than immediate activities, such as Projecting a sacrificial item to be forsaken in a ritual. It is generally easier and more practical to create an object that will not fade away with appropriate techniques and raw materials.

While Gradation Air is a more complex form of Reinforcement, it is ultimately inferior and less efficient. Comparatively speaking, if a magus uses Projection to recreate a sword while spending ten units of magical energy in the process, he will get a weapon with an overall strength of three or four. Meanwhile, if he uses that same magical energy to Reinforce an existing blade, he will get a weapon with a power of twenty or thirty. It is also possible to apply Reinforcement to improve the capacities of the Projected item.

Unlimited Blade Works

At 18th level, you project your inner self out into reality. To use this feature, you must first start channelling your energy at the beginning of your turn. You must use an action to prepare this feature, and you cannot move this turn. At the start of your next turn, all creatures within a 60 ft. radius centered on yourself must make a Intelligence saving throw. (The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Intelligence + your proficiency bonus.) Any target that failed the saving throw are teleported alongside yourself into a one-mile diameter plane that is an endless barren hill peppered with swords. There are also numerous giant gears rotating in the sky.

The Reality Marble lasts for 1 minute and while in this plane, no creature can teleport out unless they are capable of interplanar travel, you dismiss the ability as a bonus action, the Reality Marble is disrupted, or the ability ends.

When this feature ends, all inhabitants within the plane are teleported back to where they were before entering this plane. This feature can only be used once per long rest.

While you are within this plane, you gain the following benefits:

  •  You no longer have a limit on how many ‘Learned Weapon’ he can have projected.
  •  You can cast Mordenkainen’s Sword without using a spell slot or materal components. You can only cast this spell once while within the Reality Marble.
  •  Creatures within the Reality Marble other than yourself suffer from Difficult Terrain.
  •  The first melee or ranged weapon attack against you each turn is made with disadvantage as a ‘Learned Weapon’ will parry and block the attack
