Monk
Base Class: Monk

Using physical wings or emulating them by manipulating winds, these monks focus on mobility and being hard to pin down during a fight. Studying the techniques of those native or connected to the elemental plane of wind such as Aarakocra and Air Genasi, Warriors of the Winged Winds are as light on their feet as the air itself while also tearing through enemies like a hurricane.

Level 3: One With Wind

While you benefit from your Unarmored Movement class feature, you gain a Fly speed equal to the extra movement granted by that feature. When you take your Step of the Wind Bonus Action, this Fly speed becomes equal to your walking speed until the start of your next turn.

Level 3: Winged Heels

During your turn, if you make a melee attack against a creature, that creature can’t make opportunity attacks against you for rest of your turn.

Level 6: Wind in Wings

You have advantage on Dexterity saving throws while you benefit from your Unarmored Movement feature, your speed is not 0, and you do not have the Incapacitated condition.

Also, whenever a creature enters a space within 5ft of you or starts its turn there, you can use your Reaction to immediately move up to your Fly speed without provoking attacks of opportunity.

Level 11: Flutter Step

When you take Bonus Action other than Step of the Wind, you can also use Step of the Wind immediately after that Bonus Action, including the benefits from your One With Wind subclass feature.

Level 17: Float Like Butterfly, Sting Like Bee

When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 4 Focus Points to instead perform a Gale Wind Strike. When you do, you can immediately move up to double your speed, during all of which you can fly. Whenever you move within 5ft of a creature during this movement, you can make 1 melee attack against it. You can target a creature in this way a maximum number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, making a new attack every time you leave and then return to within 5ft of it.
