Base Class: Barbarian
These barbarians have endured modifications to their body no matter how painful. Their primal fury acts as a crucible, using rage to endure modifications beyond normal tolerances. They are reborn through the fusion of magic, machinery, and pain, transformed by their own determination to be reborn and face their failure.
Wrathful Augmentation
Your rage damage increases by an amount equal to the number of body modifications with which you are attuned. When you roll initiative, if you are attuned to one or more body modifications, you can immediately rage (no bonus action needed).
Additionally when you reach half HP or lower and Rage is active you may activate Overdrive. While in Overdrive your additional damage granted by this feature is doubled but when your rage ends you gain 1 level of exhaustion.
Masochistic Enhancement
One of your body modifications does not count against your total number of attuned items. This increases to two body modifications at 10th level and three at 16th level.
In addition, if you are attuned to one or more body modifications, you can expend one of your rages to gain all the benefits of a short rest after having rested for only one minute.

Superior Resilience
The pain you have endured while modifying your body fuels your resilience. While raging, at the start of your turn, you gain temporary hit points equal to the number of body modifications with which you are attuned. When your rage ends, any remaining temporary hit points vanish.
Modified Fury
While raging, your modifications allow you to tap into the roots of your fury. As a reaction, when you make an attack roll or a saving throw while below half your max hit points, you can gain a bonus to the roll equal to the number of your attuned body modifications.
