You are a living volcano, radiating pressure and heat. Through absolute stillness, your body becomes a weapon and a sensor — channeling the pressure of the earth and the awareness of fire to dominate the battlefield.

Level 11: 11th Level – Molten Grip

11th Level – Molten Grip (Revised)

While you haven’t moved this turn, your body becomes a molten furnace of volcanic strength:

 

  • You gain resistance to fire damage and nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

  • When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can cause the molten energy to erupt, forcing the target to succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or be knocked prone.

  • Additionally, the creature takes 2d6 fire damage at the start of each of its turns until it stands up (automatically ends if it leaves your reach).

 

 

 

  • Any fire damage that you deal overcomes resistances and immunity to fire.

 

 

17th Level – Pillar of the Volcanic World

You erupt into a state of burning transcendence. As a bonus action, spend 4 Discipline Points to enter the Volcanic World Stance for 1 minute (concentration-like):

  • Your speed becomes 0, and you cannot be moved.

  • Your unarmed strikes deal +2 Martial Arts dice of fire damage.

  • You gain resistance to all damage except force and psychic.

At the end of each of your turns, all creatures of your choice within 10 feet take 3d6 fire damage (Dex save for half).
You can end this stance early (no action required).
