Monk
Base Class: Monk

The way of the Quivering Foot teaches its students to learn to control every muscle, big and small, in their body. A follower of the Quivering Foot can make intricate small muscle movements that can allow their attacks to hit with incredible force. Students of the Quivering Foot often use the powerful muscles in their legs to make devastating blows. Monks of the Quivering Foot often make so many precise muscle movements that they appear to be a vibrating blur.

Quivering Body

At 3rd Level,  as a bonus action you can spend 1 focus point to make precise muscle movement, giving your limbs the appearance that they were vibrating. This muscle movement lasts for 1 minute and can be ended at any time. The effect will end early if you are incapacitated.  The Quivering Body gives you the ability to strike with unusual power. Once per turn when making an unarmed strike you can add your Martial Arts Die to the damage roll.

Blur of Speed

At 6th Level, you can make your muscle movements so precise that you appear as a blur to creatures looking at you. When using Quivering Body, opportunity attacks have disadvantage on you. Furthermore, when using Step of the Wind you can take the dash action as well as the disengage action as part of that bonus action, without expending focus points.

Cascading Blows

Starting at 11th Level, you learn to use all of the energy in your muscles to make powerful strikes. When using the Flurry of Blows feature while also in your Quivering Body the damage of your bonus action unarmed strikes is equal to 2 Martial Arts Dice. When using this feature you cannot gain the benefit from the Quivering Body unarmed strike.

Blurring Blitz

At 17th Level, you have the ability to focus your full body into a quick strike, using muscles that, ordinarily, would not be used. If you are in your Quivering Body feature you can make an additional unarmed strike as part of your bonus action. Furthermore, if you are not holding a weapon, you can make use your Quivering Body unarmed strike bonus twice per turn.
