Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Faceless Rogues have mastered the art of blending in with the crowd by becoming so unremarkable that they can slip into any party or setting seamlessly. To aid in this endeavor is their training in the use of psionic energies, often forming it into deadly blades that don’t require hands to wield. Some even take the appearance and voice of others, allowing them to infiltrate anywhere they please.

Level 3: Psionic Dagger

You can direct your psionic magic toward the creation of weapons that prey on your enemy's expectations, becoming more potent the more innocent you seem.

As a Bonus Action, you can create two daggers of psionic energy, which you can wield even when your hands are not free. These daggers deal Psychic damage instead of Piercing damage, and if you are Grappled or Restrained, they deal 1d6 Psychic damage instead of 1d4. You can choose to bind your upper limbs to benefit from this effect.

At 13th level, the melee attack reach of these daggers increases by 5 feet.

Level 3: Unimportant

Whenever you have the Blinded condition, you have Advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks when at least two other Humanoids are within 10 feet of you. If there are ten or more Humanoids within 20 feet of you, you also have a +10 bonus to Hide.

Additionally, when you are Blinded, you can use your psionic power to telepathically see through the eyes of a willing creature within 60 feet of you.

Level 9: Background Piece

If you remain unmoving for 1 minute or longer in one place, you have a +10 bonus to the Hide action. You can cause any creature that fails on checks to perceive you to instead see a mundane object of your size, such as furniture or a statue, in your place.

Level 13: One With the Crowd

When you are hit by an attack roll while within 30 feet of two or more Humanoids, you can use a Reaction to roll a d20. If you roll an 11 or higher, the attack instead hits a willing Humanoid of your choice within 5 feet of you.

Level 17: A Familiar Face

If you observe a Humanoid for 1 minute or longer, you can cast Disguise Self to replicate their appearance, mannerisms, and voice, using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier). Creatures have Disadvantage on the Intelligence (Investigation) check to discern whether your appearance is an illusion while using this feature.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once). You regain all uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest.
