Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards are masters of the arts, especially music. They can create beautiful and inspiring songs for their adoring public. The College of Rock does things differently. Through the study of dark dieties and black magic, bards of Rock develop destructive talents and befuddling abilities. By channeling this twisted magic into their music, they bring pain and madness to their enemies. This pain, in turn, fuels their rock.

Power Chord

When you choose this college at level 3, you gain the ability to use your bonus action to expend an Inspiration die and inflict thunder damage to a creature you can see within 60 feet. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes damage equal to the roll of the Inspiration die + your Charisma Modifier. On a success, it takes no damage. The effects scales in power as you level up. When you reach level 5, if the creature fails its saving throw, it is stunned until the end of its next turn. When you reach level 10, you can target a second creature within 5 feet of the first one with this effect. At level 14, you can target all entities in a 10 feet radius of a point you can see within range.

The damage from this feature is doubled if the target is a construct, an object or a creature made of inorganic material like stone, crystal or metal.

Sound of Madness

At 3rd level, you always have the Crown of Madness spell prepared. Also, when you target a creature with a spell that causes the creature to be charmed, you can expend an inspiration as a bonus action to reduce the roll on their saving throw by the result of your inspiration die.

Screaming for Vengeance

When you reach level 6, after you receive damage, you can use your reaction to expend and roll an inspiration die to reduce the damage done by the result + your charisma modifier and inflict that damage back at the attacker. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency per long rest.

All Along the Watchtowers

At level 14, you can spend your action to weave an intricate song that weakens harmful effects to allied creatures and confuses enemy creatures within 30 feet of you. Until the effect ends, affected allied creatures are resistant to all damage types and affected enemy creatures have disadvantage on their attacks. When you use this feature, you cannot cast spells or stop playing. You must continue playing or the effect end immediately. You may use this feature a number of rounds per day equal to your Bard Level.
